PM2-4254 In the workflow template builder, Contract Types will be displayed in alphabetical order.

PM2-4343 DEFECT FIX In form templates with URLs as reference docs, the URL would be displayed instead of the display text for the URL that had been entered in the Text to Display field in the form template builder. This has been fixed; display text will now appear on the form templates instead of the URLs.
