  • PM2-4468 Performance enhancements will ensure that in the workflow initiation window, the contract list for the Linked to Contract field loads quickly.

Notifications

  • PM2-4409 DEFECT FIX When a Reviewer or Approver would turn on Proxy, the Phase Owner would receive errant notifications (email and in-app [bell]) stating that the Reviewer or Approver had completed a review or approval in addition to the expected notifications that a Proxy had been assigned to a workflow. This has been fixed; the errant notifications stating that the Reviewer or Approver has completed a review or approval will no longer be sent.

Workflows

  • PM2-4478 Some backend work conducted on forms will ensure that form sections consistently display properly.

Contracts

  • PM2-4485 BUG FIX In the Critical Dates tab, when selecting Custom for the Repeat option, the Repeat Every field will now be required.

  • PM2-4455 DEFECT FIX Within the contract summary pages, older documents did not have file extensions, so their previews failed to appear in the Documents tab. This has been fixed; all documents will have file extensions and their previews will appear in the Documents tab.

Vendor & Provider Directories

  • PM2-4378 The vendor and provider directories will allow duplicate NPIs. This will facilitate easier reporting for legacy customers that have multiple contracts falling under the same NPI.

Users

  • PM2-2893 The Include Disabled Users toggle has been renamed Include Inactive Users.

Admin

  • PM2-4355 In the document template library, selected contract types will appear in alphabetical order.

  • PM2-4497 In the workflow template builder, the filtering applied when selecting users for triggers, phase participants, and Phase Owners has been updated so that only those with permissions matching the role and applicable contract types will be available for selection.

    • The User dropdown in the Trigger setup will show users with permissions matching the role and all the contract types assigned to the workflow template.

    • The User dropdown in the Add Phase Participant modal will show users with permissions matching the role and all the contract types assigned to the workflow template.

    • The User dropdown in the Phase Owner selection field will show users with permissions matching the role and all the contract types assigned to the workflow template.

If a user’s permissions were recently changed, the Admin may need to refresh the workflow template builder screen for all the potential participants to display.

  • PM2-4451 DEFECT FIX A user with sufficient permissions could not be selected as a workflow participant. This has been fixed; all users with appropriate permissions will now be available for selection as workflow participants.

  • PM2-4139 DEFECT FIX In the approved language modals (add/edit/copy), clicking a parent node in the org tree would fail to auto-select the child nodes. This has been fixed; clicking a parent node in the org tree will now auto-select the child nodes.

  • PM2-4495 DEFECT FIX In the workflow template builder, all active groups will be available for selection in the User dropdown in Trigger setup.
