Notifications

• PM2-4745 DEFECT FIX: Critical Date notifications were still being sent for terminated or archived (inactive) contracts.
  This has been fixed; Critical Date notifications will no longer be sent for terminated or archived (inactive) contracts.

Workflows

• PM2-4701 DEFECT FIX: If the user would change the location when initiating a workflow with a non-new action type, then the Workflow Template dropdown would fail to populate.
  This has been fixed; the Workflow Template dropdown will now populate as expected.

Admin

External Links Management

• PM2-4587: The fields Created On and Created By have been added to the External Links table.

Workflow Template Builder

• PM2-4678 DEFECT FIX: Triggered participants in active workflows would not appear in the order that they had been sequenced in the workflow template builder. 
  This has been fixed; triggered participants will now be sequenced in the order determined in the workflow template.

Form Template Builder

• PM2-4708 HOTFIX: Migrate the numeric field formatting properties from the form template builder to custom field management, which is soon to be released.

  • Numeric formatting properties are currently managed within field properties as part of the form template builder.

  • These properties will move to custom field management so that the formatting properties will be associated with the field. This will prevent them from having to be set each time the field is added to a form template.

    • If a field has the Display Dollar Sign, Thousand Separator, or Number of Decimal Places property checked on any form template, then that property will be migrated to (and show as checked) the field’s properties in Custom Field Management.

    • If a field has Decimal Places applied, then the number of decimal places will be migrated to the field’s properties in Custom Field Management.

    • For any field with differing Decimal Place settings, the higher number will be migrated to the field’s properties in Custom Field Management.

    • Migrated field properties will be applied to applicable form fields in all workflows.

• PM2-4766 HOTFIX: Users will be able to manage tooltips in both the form template builder and custom field management. This will preserve existing tooltips as well as allow users to create default tooltips.

  • Users will also be able to apply form-specific tooltips to fields. Adding a tooltip to a field in the form template builder will make the tooltip specific to that form.

  • Adding a tooltip to a field in custom field management will apply it as the default tooltip for all instances of the field unless that field has a form-specific tooltip.

  • Tooltips added to a field in custom field management (i.e. default tooltips) will not override those added in the form template builder (i.e. form-specific tooltips).
