Workflows

• PM2-7768 DEFECT FIX Users were unable to check the Confidential or Visible to External Party Users boxes for an existing attachment when accessing it via the Manage All button. This has been fixed; users will be able to check the Confidential and Visible to External Party Users boxes for existing attachments as expected.

• PM2-7769 DEFECT FIX In workflows on existing contracts, the Secondary Other Parties field value failed to display in the workflow header and the Edit Secondary Other Party(s) modal, preventing users from removing existing Secondary Other Parties.

  • Users were still able to add Secondary Other Parties using the dropdown in the modal.

  • This has been fixed; users will be able to remove existing Secondary Other Parties as expected.

• PM2-7767 BUG FIX Upon adding or sequencing an Other Party Signatory, the Other Party Signatory’s name failed to appear in the workflow history.

  • The action, person who performed the action, timestamp, participant role, and phase all displayed properly.

  • This has been fixed; the Other Party Signatory’s name will appear in the workflow history as expected.

• PM2-7680 DEFECT FIX Documents signed in DocuSign were not returned to the workflow, and the signature status failed to update in the workflow.

  • The issue occurred when signing a document that had a semicolon in the file name.

  • This has been fixed; completing a signature in DocuSign will return the document to the workflow, and the signature status in the workflow will update accordingly.

Worklist

• PM2-7766 BUG FIX In-turn Other Party Signatories were missing from the Phase & Participant Info column. This has been fixed; in-turn Other Party Signatories will appear in the Phase & Participant Info column as expected.

• PM2-7777 BUG FIX Attempting to Filter or sort by Contract Type returned an error. This has been fixed; filtering and sorting by Contract Type will work as expected.

• PM2-7755 BUG FIX The Timesheet Type was missing from the Timesheet Type tooltip that appears when hovering over the in the Workflow Name column. This has been fixed; the timesheet type will appear in the Timesheet Type tooltip as expected.

Admin

• PM2-7635 DEFECT FIX In some cases, Phase Owners were erroneously added and sequenced as Reviewers, Approvers, and/or Signatories.

  • If a user group was added and sequenced as a phase participant, and there were no group members with the appropriate role or permissions, then a group member with the Phase Owner role and appropriate Contract Type and Location permissions was added and sequenced as a phase participant.

  • Phase Owners should not be sequenced as Reviewers, Approvers, or Signatories unless they also have one of those roles.

  • This has been fixed; Phase Owners will no longer be added or sequenced as Reviewers, Approvers, or Signatories unless they also have one of those roles.

If no member of the user group has suitable permissions for the workflow, but one of those group members an Admin (with appropriate Contract Type and Location permissions), then that Admin will be added and sequenced as a phase participant.
