General

• PM2-2649 In places where it takes the system longer than a few seconds to load data, users will see a translucent overlay and a loading spinner on the page to indicate that the system is working.

Reporting

• PM2-2658, PM2-2659, PM2-2660, PM2-2664, PM2-2665  In the Contracts tab, the following fields have been added to the Filter and Manage Columns widgets: Auto Renewal* | Renewal Times | Renewal Term Months | Evergreen | Renewal Notice Days

*Filtering for Auto Renewal = No” will only return contracts in which the Auto Renewal field value is No; contracts in which the Auto Renewal field has not been populated will not be included.

• PM2-2606 In both the Workflows tab and the Contracts tab, the Contract Locations filter has been split into the following to allow for more specific reporting: Site | Department | Contract Entity
  For added convenience, each of these filters has an Any/All toggle.

• PM2-2049 BUG FIX The issue with certain filters not functioning properly has been resolved.

Worklist & Contract Library

• PM2-2304 In the worklist, the Description field has been added to the table as well as the Manage Columns widget. In the contract library, its counterpart, the Contract Description field, has been added to the table as well as the Manage Columns widget.

Workflows

• PM2-2702 BUG FIX All contract workflows now reflect their assigned locations.

Contracts

• PM2-2627 BUG FIX On the contract summary page, clicking on a linked contract will now redirect the user to the that linked contract.

• PM2-2630 BUG FIX On the contract summary page, clicking on a previous contract version will now redirect the user to the that previous version.

• Administration

• PM2-2711 To avoid confusion with workflow and other template modules, the Template Library has been renamed the Document Template Library. This change applies to the Admin menu as well as all related buttons, popup headers, and other labels.

• PM2-1846 In the document template library, the following columns have been added to the table: Created Date | Created By | Last Modified Date (includes time)

• PM2-1851 In the document template library, the attachment section in the add document template popup has been resized to accommodate long file names.
