05/21/2020 Deployment Notes

General

  • PM2-5449 The <title> tag will be added to the main HTML page hosting the MediTract CLM application.
The long URLs that currently populate our browser tabs will be replaced with “MT CLM - <Customer Name>”

  • PM2-5435 BUG FIX Throughout the application, dates entered in the wrong format, i.e. any format other than MM/DD/YYYY, would fail to save but would not return an error message.
This has been fixed, when a date is entered in the wrong format, this will return an error message asking the user to enter the date in MM/DD/YYYY format.

Notifications

  • PM2-5405 DEFECT FIX In workflow comment threads, users replying to comment threads in which they were tagged would receive email notifications regarding their own comments.
This has been fixed; users will no longer receive email notifications regarding their own comments.

Comments

PM2-5495 DEFECT FIX Users who had been tagged in a private comment could not see which other users (members) were tagged in the comment.

  • This has been fixed; users tagged in a private comment can see the other members privy to that comment.

  • Tagged can only see the other members in read-only mode, whereas the original author of the private comment can see the members in edit mode as well

Attachments

  • PM2-5264 BUG FIX In the add attachment modal, dates entered in the wrong format, i.e. any format other that MM/DD/YYYY, would instead save as the current date.
This has been fixed; when a date is entered in the wrong format, this will return an error message asking the user to enter the date in MM/DD/YYYY format.

  • PM2-5281 BUG FIX Contracts with attachments that had been added during a workflow would fail to retain the Subject and Notes for those attachments in the abstraction workflow.
This has been fixed; attachments will now retain their Subjects and Notes.

Reporting

  • PM2-5418 DEFECT FIX In the Contracts tab, filtering for Expiration Date would return inconsistent results.
This has been fixed; the Expiration Date filter will return consistent results.

  • PM2-5339 DEFECT FIX In the Contracts tab, scheduled reports were missing the Contracting Entities, Departments, and Sites.
This has been fixed; scheduled reports will contain all expected fields.

Workflows

  • PM2-5451 BUG FIX In the document phase, when deleting document, a visual defect would obscure the buttons in delete confirmation popup.
This has been fixed; the buttons in the delete confirmation popup will display as expected.

  • PM2-5491 DEFECT FIX Signed DocuSign documents routed back to MediTract CLM would return an error.
This has been fixed; signed DocuSign documents can be opened in MediTract CLM as expected.

  • PM2-5468 DEFECT FIX Admins who also have Signatory permissions could not sequence themselves as Internal Signatories.
This has been fixed; Admins with Signatory permissions can sequence themselves as Internal Signatories.

Contracts

  • PM2-4565 Users with sufficient permissions will be able to make the following changes to contracts in Expired, Terminated, or Archived status:

    • Update Responsible Parties

    • Add, edit, delete, and download attachments

    • Edit the Contract Description

    • Manage linked contracts, i.e. add, edit, delete links

  • PM2-4958 When creating a Critical Date notification, users will be able to deselect Responsible Parties as notification recipients.
This will allow Critical Date notifications to go the relevant parties and keep them from cluttering the inboxes of Responsible Parties who don’t need the notifications.

  • PM2-5402 BUG FIX In both the Contract Library and the Contracts tab in Reporting, the Archived column would display with an errant question mark, i.e. “Archived?”

    • The errant question mark would appear in the Manage Columns filter as well as the column header in the table.

    • This has been fixed; the Archived column header no longer contains a question mark.

User Permissions

  • PM2-5147 BUG FIX For Workflow Moderators, the worklist would fail to filter for Contract Type permissions.

    • Workflow Moderators would see workflows in their worklists that they didn’t have permissions to see. However, when attempting open one of these workflows, they’d receive the following message: Your phase has not started.

    • This has been fixed; Workflow Moderators will only see workflows in their worklists that they have permissions to view.

Admin: Workflow Template Builder

  • PM2-5430 BUG FIX When creating a new workflow template by copying and renaming an existing workflow template, the new workflow template would display the Date Created value of the original workflow template.
This has been fixed; new workflow templates will display the correct value in the Date Created field.

  • PM2-5436 BUG FIX When attempting to sequence two user groups of the same role, only one of the user groups would be added to the Participant Sequence.
This has been fixed; user groups can be sequenced as expected.
