PM2-5634 The subject line of the DocuSign email notifying the Phase Owner of completed signatures has been updated to include the workflow name.

• Old Subject: Completed: Signatory: Your Electronic Signature Is Needed

• New Subject: Completed: Signatory: Your Electronic Signature Is Needed for [workflow name]

PM2-5638 The subject line of the DocuSign email requesting that a signatory sign a document has been updated to include the workflow name.

• Old Subject: Signatory: Your Electronic Signature Is Needed

• New Subject: Signatory: Your Electronic Signature Is Needed for [workflow name]

Workflows

PM2-4632 Only workflows with an action type of New or Amend can be reassigned.

• What can be done:

  • Like before this change, if a user launches a workflow with an action type of New, then the Reassign functionality will be available in any phase of that active workflow.

  • If a user launches an Amend workflow, the Contract Type can be changed through reassignment.

  • A user with adequate permissions can reassign an Amend workflow that was launched from an Active contract (i.e. not Expired or Terminated).

• What cannot be done:

  • If a user initiates a New workflow from a Terminated or Expired contract, then the Reassign functionality will be unavailable in that workflow.

  • If a user initiates a Renew or Extend workflow, then the Reassign functionality will be unavailable in that workflow.

• PM2-5660 DEFECT FIX Clicking the Delete button for the document viewer would open the delete attachment popup instead of the delete document popup.

  • This made it possible for a user to unintentionally delete an attachment instead of the intended document.

  • This has been fixed; clicking the Delete button for the document viewer will open the delete document dialogue as expected.

Workflows & Contracts

• PM2-5656 DEFECT FIX Attempting to delete an attachment would result in deletion of an attachment other than the one selected. The attachment that should have been deleted would remain.
  This has been fixed; attachments can be deleted as expected.

Admin: Workflow Template Builder

• PM2-5672 BUG FIX When copying a workflow template with the Request action type, in the first Form Phase, the auto-start toggle would default to OFF, and could not be toggled ON.
  This has been fixed; when copying a Request workflow template, the auto-start toggle in the first Form Phase will default to ON, and will be uneditable.
