Workflows

PM2-5674 When a workflow is reassigned, workflow comments made prior to reassignment will be retained.
PM2-5570 BUG FIX (Visual Defect) When viewed in Safari, the Action and Contract Locations fields would extend beyond the bottom margin of the workflow header.
This has been fixed; the workflow header will display all fields within its margins.
PM2-1575 BUG FIX In the add phase participant modal, the Add button was enabled before any participants had been selected.
This has been fixed; the Add button will be disabled until at least one participant has been selected.
PM2-1742 BUG FIX In the set participant sequence modal, the Add button was enabled before any participants had been selected.
This has been fixed; the Add button will be disabled until at least one participant has been selected.
PM2-6242 DEFECT FIX In any phase after the Form Phase, attempting to access the form data (via the Form Data accordion) would return an error.
This has been fixed; the form data can be viewed as expected.
PM2-6245 BUG FIX In a workflow with two Signature Phases, an incomplete executive summary page would be generated after the first Signature Phase.
This has been fixed; the executive summary page will not be generated until the conclusion of the last Signature Phase.

PM2-6247 DEFECT FIX While loading inactive contracts on the Contracts list, the loading indicator would center on the page rather than the screen, obscuring its presence.
This has been fixed; the loading indicator will be centered on the screen.

PM2-2899 Under Organization Management, a scrollbar has been added to the organization tree. This will improve performance by allowing the tree nodes to render only as needed. This will affect the following places:
- The fly-out organization tree accessed via the caret on the far left of the Organization Management screen
- The approved language modal
- The new workflow template and edit workflow template modals
PM2-6204 BUG FIX In an organization with a very large organization tree, the new workflow template and edit workflow template modals would load too slowly.
This has been fixed; the modals will now load at an acceptable speed.
PM2-6059 BUG FIX Upon opening certain custom fields, the edit field modal would return the error, “Unable to retrieve field history.”
This has been fixed; the field history error will no longer appear.
PM2-6181 DEFECT FIX Instructions deleted from a form section would still appear in workflows containing the applicable form section.
This has been fixed; deleted form instructions will no longer appear in workflows.

PM2-6161 DEFECT FIX Attempting to access the Timesheets tab under Reporting would return an error.
This has been fixed; the Timesheets tab will load as expected.
