Workflows

• PM2-9257 DEFECT FIX When a user updated a document in the in-app document viewer and there was another document to the right of that document, the newly updated document and its history overwrote the document to the right of the updated document. This has been fixed; when a user updates a document, only that document will be affected.

• PM2-9233 DEFECT FIX Attachments that were deselected during initiation for a non-new workflow were included in the Abstraction workflow, which caused those attachments to be inserted into the contract. This has been fixed; attachments deselected during initiation will be excluded from the Abstraction workflow as expected.

• PM2-9230 DEFECT FIX Users were unable to tag workflow participants in comment replies. This has been fixed; users will be able to tag workflow participants in comment replies as expected.

Vendor Pulse Check

• PM2-9232 DEFECT FIX Pulse Check workflows failed to be created, and users were unable to find the workflow in Reporting.

  • The Pulse Check workflow failed to appear in the Respondent’s queue, and the Respondent did not receive the system-generated email and in-app (bell) notifications.

  • Attempting to access the workflow in Reporting returned an error.

  • This has been fixed; the Pulse Check workflow will appear in the Respondent’s queue, the Respondent will receive system-generated email and in-app (bell) notifications, and users can find the workflow in Reporting.
