Workflows

  • PM2-6521 DEFECT FIX The Executive Summary page failed to appear unless the Signatory Phase Owner was the Initiator of the workflow.

    • This has been fixed; the Executive Summary will appear in the Signature Phase regardless of who the Signatory Phase Owner and Initiator are.

    • This only applies to tenants in which the toggle to generate Executive Summary page is ON.

  • PM2-6467 DEFECT FIX Because of the way DocuSign handles email subjects, the Voided Signature email notification sent to Signatories was unnecessarily confusing: Voided: Electronic Signature Needed for <WORKFLOW NAME>

    • To fix this, we revised the subject of the DocuSign email requesting a signature to this: Electronic Signature Needed for <WORKFLOW NAME>

    • Doing so changed the subject of the Voided Signature email sent to Signatories to this: Voided: Electronic Signature Needed for <WORKFLOW NAME>

Admin

  • PM2-6354 BUG FIX In the form template builder, if the Include Inactive Form Templates toggle was OFF, then attempting to save a form template with the same name as an inactive form template would return an error.

    • This has been fixed; entering the name of an existing, inactive form template in the Form Template Name field of a new form template will prompt the following validation message: Form Template Name must be unique.

    • This validation message will appear regardless of the Include Inactive Form Templates toggle setting.

Time Tracking (TERMS 2.0)

  • PM2-6539 Users can now manage timesheet certification deadline notifications under Account Settings > Notifications > TERMS Notifications.

    • This applies to the following roles:

      • Timesheet Reporter

      • Timesheet Assistant

      • Timesheet Approver

      • Timesheet Financial Reviewer

    • This applies to the following email and in-app (bell) notifications:

      • Timesheet has been locked

      • Timesheet has been unlocked

  • PM2-5637 Timesheet Reporters can now manage the Certification Deadline Approaching notifications under Account Settings > Notifications > TERMS Notifications. This applies to email and in-app notifications.

  • PM2-5636 Timesheet Assistants can now manage notifications under Account Settings > Notifications > TERMS Notifications.
    This applies to the following email and in-app notifications:

    • Provider: New timesheet has been generated

    • Provider: Reminder to enter time

    • Provider: Timesheet has been rejected

    • Timesheet Approved Compensation Update

    • Timesheet Reminder: Certification Deadline Approaching

    • Your Timesheet Has Been Locked

    • Your Timesheet Has Been Unlocked

  • PM2-6170 Timesheet Approvers and Timesheet Financial Reviewers can now select Preferred Proxies for the out of office time under Account Settings > Time Away Settings.

    • Although you can select any user in your organization as a preferred proxy, only users with appropriate permissions will be assigned as proxies.

    • If multiple preferred proxies have appropriate permissions, then proxy selection will defer to the order in which you listed them.

    • If none of the selected proxies have appropriate permissions for a particular proxyship, then the app will randomly select a user who has appropriate permissions.

    • In the timesheet workflow, the proxy indicator will only appear alongside the Proxy Timesheet Approver’s name if the following conditions are met:

      • The Proxy Timesheet Approver is not the only Timesheet Approver for the timesheet.

      • The Proxy Timesheet Approver is not the Phase Owner.

    • Proxyship works even if the above conditions are not met. The conditions are only necessary for the display of the (Proxied) designation.
