PM2-9518 DEFECT FIX The Initiation: Workflow Activated system-generated email notification was missing text. This has been fixed; the Initiation: Workflow Activated email notification will include the entire text, as expected.

PM2-9573 BUG FIX The Contract Signatory Name results in the Contracts tab were categorized as “Other” instead of “Contract Signatory Name.”
- The Contract Signatory Name results were properly categorized in the Workflows tab.
- This has been fixed; the results in the Contracts tab will be categorized as “Contract Signatory Name,” as expected.
PM2-9574 BUG FIX Searches for Other Party Signatories failed to return any results. This has been fixed; searches will yield applicable results, as expected.

PM2-9593 DEFECT FIX When an Add Role to Phase trigger value was imported from the previous phase, the user who was inserted was unable to access the workflow.
- The Workflow is still waiting on the Phase Owner banner displayed, despite the phase already being started.
- This has been fixed; when an Add Role to Phase trigger value is imported from the previous phase, the user will be inserted and will be able to access the workflow, as expected.
PM2-9546 DEFECT FIX When a Phase Mediator initiated a workflow with an Initiator as Phase Mediator workflow template and the workflow was retracted, the Phase Mediator was removed from the workflow. This has been fixed; retraction will not remove the Phase Mediator from the workflow.
PM2-9636 DEFECT FIX The Pending my action badge failed to recognize Phase Owners, causing the Pending my badge count and filter to display the incorrect number of workflows. This has been fixed; the Pending my action badge will display the correct number of workflows, and when that filter is applied, all workflows pending that user’s action will be listed in the worklist queue.
PM2-9658 DEFECT FIX The Phase & Participant Info column in the worklist showed inaccurate data in some cases. This has been fixed; the Phase & Participant Info column will show correct data, as expected.

PM2-9576 BUG FIX When Admins copied a workflow template, the copy was not created. This has been fixed; when Admins copy a workflow template, the copy will be created, as expected.
