Reporting

• PM2-6631 Many of the field values in the reporting tables are now hyperlinks. Clicking a hyperlinked field value will open a relevant page in a new browser tab or window.

  • In the Workflows tab:

    • Clicking a Workflow Name will open the workflow.

    • Clicking a Primary Other Party or Secondary Other Party name will open the Vendor or Provider Profile.

  • In the Contracts tab:

    • Clicking a Contract Name will open the contract summary page.

    • Clicking a Primary Other Party or Secondary Other Party name will open the Vendor or Provider Profile.

  • In the Vendors tab, clicking a Vendor Name will open the Vendor Profile.

  • In the Providers tab, clicking a Provider Name will open the Provider Profile.

  • In the Timesheets tab, clicking a Provider Name will open the Provider Profile.

  • In the Timesheet Configs tab:

    • Clicking a Provider Name will open the Provider Profile.

    • Clicking a Contract Name will open the contract summary page.

• PM2-5848  The attribute “Contract Categories” is now available in the Contracts tab.

  • You can filter for Contract Categories (with an Any/All switch) via the Filter widget.

  • You can add the Contract Categories column to the table via the Manage Columns widget.

Workflows

• PM2-5969 In the cancel workflow modal, the text “this action is irreversible” is now bold to add emphasis.

  • As a reminder, you cannot restart a workflow that has been cancelled.

  • To see cancelled workflows in your worklist, toggle on Include Previously Completed Items and filter for Status=Cancelled.

• PM2-6802 BUG FIX For numeric field values with ten or more digits, the value in the Form Data panel failed to accurately display the value entered in the Form Phase. This has been fixed; the Form Data panel will correctly display numeric field values.

• PM2-6765 In the retract modal, the Phase dropdown now shows any custom phase names that have been applied to the workflow template. Before this enhancement was deployed, the Phase dropdown only showed the default phase names.

Contracts

• PM2-6535 The attribute “Secondary Other Party” is now available in the contracts table.

  • You can filter for Secondary Other Party (with an Any/All switch) via the Filter widget.

  • You can add the Secondary Other Party column to the table via the Manage Columns widget.

• PM2-4442 A back-end toggle will show or hide the Assets tab on the contract summary page.

  • By default, the Show Contract Assets toggle is ON and the Assets tab is available.

  • Your Admin can contact a MediTract representative to request that we switch off the Show Contract Assets toggle, which will hide the Assets tab.
