11/19/2020 Deployment Notes

General

  • PM2-1316 BUG FIX Attachments added during workflow initiation failed to display the timestamp in the correct time zone. This has been fixed; attachment timestamps will display correctly.

Workflows

  • PM2-1854 BUG FIX In the Signature Phase, if a user added an Other Party Contact without entering a Job Title, a colon [:] erroneously appeared after the Name. This has been fixed; the colon will only display if a value is entered in the Job Title field.

Admin

  • PM2-6929 BUG FIX In the add and edit user permission set modals, the Roles dropdown failed to expand. This has been fixed; the Roles dropdown will expand as expected.

  • PM2-1319 BUG FIX In the create new user and edit user modals, Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands were missing from the State dropdown. This has been fixed; the State dropdown now includes all US states and territories.

Time Tracking (TERMS 2.0)

  • PM2-6972 DEFECT FIX In timesheet workflows, the […] menu containing the Cancel and Reject actions failed to display for Timesheet Approvers. This has been fixed; the […] menu will display as expected.
