PM2-3166 DEFECT FIX In the workflow initiation window, users could click the Comment button to create a comment without having entered text in the comment field. The Comment button will now be disabled until text has been entered in the comment field. 

PM2-4099 DEFECT FIX In the signature phase, the Ink/Digital toggle was visible even when the digital signature visibility (back-end) toggle was set to OFF.

• The digital signature visibility (back-end) toggle wouldn't work properly unless DocuSign configuration had been turned off.

• The digital signature visibility (back-end) toggle has been removed. The Ink/Digital toggle in the signature phase will now ONLY appear in tenants configured for DocuSign.

PM2-4072 DEFECT FIX In the activation phase, the Activate button remained enabled after being clicked.

• Because the Activate button remained enabled upon clicking, it could be clicked multiple times, which would create duplicate contracts.

• This has been fixed, so the Activate button will no longer be enabled once it has been clicked. 

PM2-4119 BUG FIX In fixing PM2-4072, a small related issue was introduced.

• If the user clicked Activate, then clicked No, take me back in the confirmation popup, the Activate button would remain disabled.

• This has been fixed, so the Activate button will remain enabled if activation is cancelled.
