Notifications

  • PM2-6915 DEFECT FIX In some workflows, when more than one participant is added to a phase, the first participant received received duplicate Phase Participant: You have been invited to participate in a contract workflow email notifications. This has been fixed; each participant will receive a single email inviting them to participate in the workflow.

Worklist

  • PM2-6880 BUG FIX When filtering the worklist by Initiation Date, clicking on the next month in the calendar produced duplicate timestamp options in the Time column. This has been fixed; the timestamp options will display as expected.

Admin

  • PM2-7054 BUG FIX When exporting the Add Group Members table of a user group page, the Edit column appeared in the export. This has been fixed; the Edit column will not appear in the report.

Time Tracking (TERMS 2.0)

  • PM2-7189 DEFECT FIX For timesheets with multiple Approvers, the last Approver (also the Phase Owner) was skipped in the Approval Phase, allowing the timesheet to advance to the Financial Review Phase last Approver/Phase Owner’s approval. This has been fixed; the timesheet will not advance to the Financial Review Phase until all Approvers have approved the timesheet.
