DEFECT FIX 410632 Opening a contract summary page returned multiple errors.
The errors appeared several seconds after the page had finished loading.
This has been fixed; users will be able to open contract summary pages as expected.
BUG FIX 416039 When a user attempted to sign a document after logging into DocuSign via the DocuSign email notification, a This site can’t be reached error page appeared. This has been fixed; users will be able to successfully sign documents via the DocuSign email notification as expected.
DEFECT FIX 416759 When a user logged into DocuSign via the DocuSign email notification for signing an sContract document, the document failed to appear under Action Required.
The documents that were sent from sContract to DocuSign failed to connect to the user’s existing DocuSign account, causing DocuSign to treat the user as a new user.
This has been fixed; sContract documents will appear in DocuSign under Action Required as expected.
BUG FIX 328317 When a user edited a survey campaign to replace an assigned party, the removed participant remained.
Changes to other fields and the addition of the new participant saved successfully.
This has been fixed; users will be able to remove participants as expected.
A respondent cannot be removed after they have started the survey, including once the survey has been completed.
A reviewer cannot be removed after they have completed their review of the survey.
DEFECT FIX 307002 Attempting to save changes to an existing survey campaign returned a Something Went Wrong Saving Survey Campaign error, and the changes failed to save. This has been fixed; if the current date is not within the Duration, users will be able to successfully edit survey information as expected.
