2021.1.4 Deployment Notes
These items were deployed to production on Wednesday, February 23rd.
Notifications
BUG FIX 428113 The email notification for when a phase becomes unblocked failed to send.
The users received the in-app (bell) notification as expected.
This has been fixed; when a phase is unblocked, the Admin will receive the email notification as expected.
Workflows & Worklist
BUG FIX 387767 When the Include Inactive Workflows toggle was off, all statuses were included in the Status filter dropdown, and when the Include Inactive Workflows toggle was on, only In Process and Blocked were included in the Status filter dropdown. This has been fixed; when the Include Inactive Workflows toggle is on, all statuses will be included in the Status filter dropdown, and when the Include Inactive Workflows toggle is off, only In Process and Blocked will be included in the Status filter dropdown.
BUG FIX 418036 When a user removed the Status filters so that inactive workflows were included in the worklist, then entered the name of an inactive workflow into the Workflow Name filter, no matches were found. This has been fixed; removing the Status filters and entering an inactive workflow name into the Workflow Name filter will return accurate results as expected.
DEFECT FIX 288872 When a user removed the Pending My Action filter, additional selections could not be applied through the Manage Columns widget. This has been fixed; users will be able to make additional selections from the Manage Columns widget, even if the Pending My Action filter is removed, as expected.
BUG FIX 339869 Attempted to open a request workflow returned a Something Went Wrong Requesting Progress Notes error, even if no Progress Notes had been added to the workflow. This has been fixed; users will be able to open request workflows as expected.
DEFECT FIX 307286 When a user uploaded an attachment, edited the attachment name, and then selected the attachment as the main document, the filename reverted to the original name from when it was uploaded. This has been fixed; when a user edits an attachment name, then selects the attachment as the document source, the current filename will be retained as expected.
Reporting
DEFECT FIX 288863 When a scheduled report included the Phase Type filter, no results appeared on the scheduled report.
Reporting queues and downloaded reports with the Phase Type filter included accurate results.
This has been fixed; scheduled reports will reflect accurate results as expected.
BUG FIX 416814 Attempting to view an attachment via the hyperlink in the Attachment Name column of the Attachments tab returned a Something Went Wrong Getting Document URL error.
The attachment modal, including the attachment’s details and the Copy Link, Download, and View History buttons, successfully appeared, but the attachment itself failed to display.
This has been fixed; users will be able to view attachments via the hyperlinks in the Attachment Name column of the Attachments tab as expected.
BUG FIX 338672 Attempting to apply the Credential filter in the Users tab returned a Something went wrong while trying to display this page error. This has been fixed; users will be able to apply the Credential filter in the Users tab as expected.
Vendor & Provider Directories
BUG FIX 317364 When a user selected a location in the Contract Locations dropdown on a vendor or provider contact, the dropdown closed and nodes above the selected location were ignored. This has been fixed; when a user selected a location in the Contract Locations dropdown on a vendor or provider contact, the dropdown will remain open and the nodes above the selected location will be included in the selection as expected.
BUG FIX 285973 In the vendor directory, the Email column and the Job Title column failed to populate. This has been fixed; the Email column and the Job Title column will show values as expected.
DEFECT FIX 301383 In the provider directory, the Email column failed to populate. This has been fixed; the Email column will show values as expected.
BUG FIX 310023 When a user added an attachment to a vendor or provider record, the attachment successfully uploaded, but the username and date/time stamp were missing.
The username and date/time stamp successfully displayed if the user edited the attachment.
This has been fixed; when a user adds an attachment to a vendor or provider record, the username and date/time stamp will display with the attachment as expected.
BUG FIX 416770 When a user double-clicked Save in the Edit Vendor modal, a blank Edit Vendor modal was presented. This has been fixed; the button will be unavailable after the first click, and the changes to the vendor record will save as expected.
BUG FIX 416817 When a user double-clicked Save in the Edit Provider modal, a blank Edit Provider modal was presented. This has been fixed; the button will be unavailable after the first click, and the changes to the provider record will save as expected.
User Directory
BUG FIX 387783 Attempting to deactivate a user profile returned a Something Went Wrong Disabling User error. This has been fixed; Admins will be able to deactivate user profiles as expected.
Admin
BUG FIX 315565 In the export of user group permissions, :role/ preceded each value in the Role column, and CUSTOMER_ROOT_NODE preceded each value in the Location column. This has been fixed; the export of user group permissions will contain only the expected values.
BUG FIX 320984 In the Tagging section, when a user changed the state of the Publish toggle, then clicked Save, the Save button remained and the Close button failed to appear.
If the user closed out of the SmartTemplates editor, any edits failed to save.
This has been fixed; when a user changes the state of the Publish toggle, then clicks Save, the Close button will replace the Save button, and any edits will be saved, as expected.
BUG FIX 339833 Attempting to delete a custom field returned an error. This has been fixed; Admins will be able to delete custom fields as expected.
BUG FIX 322972 Names in the Created By and the Last Modified By filter dropdowns were listed in the same order as they are listed in the table. This has been fixed; Names in the Created By and the Last Modified By filter dropdowns will appear in alphabetical order as expected.
DEFECT FIX 314808 Attempting to access a workflow template returned a Something Went Wrong Loading Users error. This has been fixed; users will be able to access workflow templates as expected.
