2021.1.5 Deployment Notes

These items were deployed to production on Wednesday, March 16th.

General

BUG FIX 309911 Users were unable to login with an active user account after attempting to login with a deactivated user account.
- Attempting to login with a deactivated user’s account redirects the user to a screen with the message The user account you are using to log in to this application is not enabled. Please contact your system administrator for additional assistance. Clicking Login from this screen failed to redirect users to the initial login screen.
- This has been fixed; clicking Login after attempting to login with a deactivated user account will redirect the user to the initial login screen, and the user will be able to login with an active user account.

Notifications

BUG FIX 320437 When an Admin unblocked a phase without submitting a reason for unblocking the phase, the email notification for unblocking a phase failed to send until the Admin submitted their subsequent review. This has been fixed; when an Admin unblocks a phase, even without submitting a reason, the Phase Manager and all Admins will immediately receive an email notification as expected.
DEFECT FIX 386905 Accented characters were omitted from the body of email notifications. This has been fixed; accented characters will be included in email notifications as expected.

Contract Location Dropdown

BUG FIX 428148 In multi-organization tenants, in certain use cases, the secondary organization locations erroneously populated the Contract Location dropdown when the user was logged into the primary organization. This has been fixed; the appropriate locations will populate the Contract Location dropdown as expected.

Workflows & Worklist

BUG FIX 339896 When a saved filter did not include the status filter, and the saved filter was applied, the Status: In Process; Blocked filter failed to remain. This has been fixed; the Status: In Process; Blocked filter will be added to saved filters that do not already have a status defined and were created or updated prior to December 9th, 2021.
BUG FIX 328367 When the Include Previously Completed Items toggle was off, inactive status filters (such as Declined, Cancelled, or Blocked) were available, and filtering by an inactive status returned previously completed items. This has been fixed; inactive status filters will not be included in the Status filter, and previously completed items will not appear in the worklist unless the Previously Completed Items toggle is on.
BUG FIX 449787 Attempting to apply a filter to the worklist returned a Something Went Wrong Loading the Next Page of Results error. This has been fixed; users will be able to filter the worklist as expected.
DEFECT FIX 295177 Users experienced lags when typing or scrolling in the Primary Other Party field dropdown in the Approve Request modal in request workflows. This has been fixed; lagging will no longer occur in the Primary Other Party field dropdown in the Approve Request modal.
DEFECT FIX 442721 The individual criteria dropdowns in the filter widget on the worklist failed to populate, and only timesheets populated the worklist. This has been fixed; the worklist and dropdowns in the filter widget will populate as expected.

This ticket only applies to customers whose tenants have the keyword search bar above the Contracts table toggled on. Most tenants do not have this feature because it is incompatible with the technology powering global search.

Reporting

BUG FIX 306184 When a user saved a filter that already existed and gave the filter the same name as the existing filter, the Create button changed to an Update button, and clicking Update returned an error. This has been fixed; clicking Update will not return an error.

Contract Library

BUG FIX 339909 When a saved filter did not include the status filter, and the saved filter was applied, the Status: Active filter failed to remain. This has been fixed; the Status: Active filter will be added to saved filters that do not already have a status defined and were created or updated prior to December 9th, 2021.
BUG FIX 448803 When a user clicked the Contract History tab on the contract summary page, the page failed to load. This has been fixed; when a user clicks on the Contract History tab, the page will load as expected.
DEFECT FIX 300322 Users were unable to delete the Effective Date or the Expiration Date on attachments. This has been fixed; users will be able to delete the Effective Date or the Expiration Date on attachments as expected.
DEFECT FIX 422250 The hour/minute timestamp was included in the Effective Date column and the Expiration Date column. This has been fixed; only the date, formatted mm/dd/yyyy, will be included in the Effective Date column and the Expiration Date column.

Admin

DEFECT FIX 317660 Users with an Admin role that was not organization wide were unable to access the add/edit controls in the user, vendor, and provider directories. This has been fixed; all Admins, regardless of the location nodes associated with the Admin permission set, will be able to access the add/edit controls in the user, vendor, and provider directories.
BUG FIX 315667 Admins were unable to sequence available participants, either manually or with the checkbox, into the Activation Phase. This has been fixed; Admins will be able to sequence available participants into the Activation Phase as expected.
BUG FIX 354678 In the exported CSV file for Contract Categories or Documents & Attachments Categories, the values in the Name column were formatted incorrectly. This has been fixed; values in exported CSV files will be formatted as expected.

Pulse Check

BUG FIX 418667 When a user edited a survey campaign to replace an assigned party, the removed participant remained.
- Changes to other fields and the addition of the new participant saved successfully.
- This has been fixed; users will be able to remove participants as expected.

A respondent cannot be removed after they have started the survey, including once the survey has been completed.

A reviewer cannot be removed after they have completed their review of the survey.

DEFECT FIX 432306 When a survey is set to a future date and saved, then a user updates the survey with the current date, the system failed to create the new survey, the survey did not appear in the worklist, and notifications failed to send. This has been fixed; when a user updates a future survey with the current date, the system will create the new survey, the survey will appear in the worklist, and all appropriate notifications will be sent.

Time Tracking (TERMS 2.0)

BUG FIX 338782 When a user filtered by date, no results were returned.
- The date field filters were formatted as mm/dd/yyyy, and the date fields on the grid were formatted as Month Day, yyyy.
- This has been fixed; when a user filters by date, valid results will be returned as expected.
