If you are experiencing VPN issues, then these defects may persist.

DEFECT FIX 494927 In some cases, the body text of a document failed to appear in the document editor.

  • The text was visible in a downloaded version of the document.

  • This has been fixed; document text will appear in the document editor as expected.

DEFECT FIX 495511 In some cases, main documents in DOC file format failed to load during the Negotiation Phase.

This has been fixed; main documents will load as expected.
