For tenants that recently migrated from VPC 1 to VPC 2, annual survey campaigns scheduled after migration were not sent. [714388]
The underlying issue that caused this has been fixed.

• Survey campaigns scheduled for 03/17/2023 or later will be sent as expected.

• symplr Support will work with affected customers to ensure affected survey campaigns are launched.
