Vendor Pulse Check

The Survey Submission Date field will show the date a survey was submitted. [801807]

  • It will appear in the following tables:

    • Queue > Pulse Check

    • Explore > Reporting > Pulse Check

  • If a survey is retracted, then the field value for that survey will clear.

Resolved

Organization

  • In a multi-organization tenant, users who bookmarked pages in a non-default organization received various errors due to permissions from the default organization loading instead of the selected organization. [879969]
    This has been fixed; the selected organization’s permissions will load.

Global Search

  • Searching for a provider returned results under the Vendors tab, and when the user clicked on the name, it opened a blank vendor page with an error. [846310]
    This has been fixed; provider search results will appear under the Providers tab and clicking a result will open the provider profile.

Reporting

  • Under Explore > Reporting > Pulse Check, custom fields were missing from scheduled reports. [913412]
    This has been fixed; custom fields will appear in scheduled reports.

  • Under Explore > Reporting > Conflict Capture, the Resolution Managers data was missing from a scheduled Conflict Capture report. [877501]
    This has been fixed; the report will include Resolution Managers.

  • Under Explore > Reporting > Timesheets, a newly edited custom field value within a timesheet failed to appear in the table. [877135]
    This has been fixed; the Timesheets report will reflect current custom field values.

  • Under Explore > Reporting in any tab, attempting to run any saved report will return the default report if it exists. [910324]
    This has been fixed; default reports will no longer override saved reports.

  • Under Explore > Reporting, in scheduled reports containing dates that include a timestamp, the date format on screen differed from the date format in an exported report. [903660]
    This has been fixed; the date format both onscreen and in exported reports is MM/DD/YYYY_00:00_ PM.

  • Under Explore > Reporting > Workflows, inactive fields appeared in the Additional Columns widget. [886429]
    This has been fixed; inactive fields are excluded from the Additional Columns widget.

  • Under Explore > Reporting > Contracts, the Attachment Categories failed to load in the Filter Table widget. [889624]
    This has been fixed; Attachment Categories appear in the Filter Table widget.

Dashboard

  • Some of the workflow templates on the Cumulative Flow Diagram by Workflow Template widget failed to load. [460388]
    This has been fixed; the widget will load all workflow templates.

  • In the Workflows in Progress widget, when a user changed the parameter to Active Phase and then clicked Form Phase, active form phases failed to load. [821863]
    This has been fixed; active form phases will load.

Vendor & Provider Directories

  • Edits to a vendor profile failed to the Phone Ext. field in a vendor profile failed to save. [864220]
    This has been fixed; edits are saved.

  • Deleting the primary contact for a vendor or provider record also removed the First Name, Last Name, and Email field values from the vendor or provider record. [879599]
    This has been fixed; deleting the primary contact only removed primary contact information.

  • An Admin was unable to edit external links with overlong URLs because the length of the URLs ushed the Edit and Delete icons offscreen.
    This has been fixed; Admins can edit external links regardless of the URL length.

Workflows & Worklist

  • Admins and Phase Managers were unable to add or sequence phase participants. [934865]
    This has been fixed; phase participants can be added and sequenced.

  • On the worklist, if the user cleared any filters and then switched the Include Previously Completed Items toggle on or off, the count on the Critical badge failed to update. [579937]
    This has been fixed; the Critical badge updates when the toggle is switched on or off.

  • During initiation, Contract Types failed to filter by the initiating user’s permissions. [820964]
    This has been fixed; Contract Types filter by the initiating user’s permissions.

  • During initiation, the application allowed the user to select a Primary Other Party and Secondary Other Party, remove the Primary Other Party, and then add the same vendor/provider for the Primary Other Party that had been selected as the Secondary Other Party, resulting in both the Primary and Secondary Other Parties being the same vendor/provider. [874111]
    This has been fixed; the application will prevent users from selecting the same vendor/provider for Primary and Secondary Other Parties.

  • In the Phase Management popup, inactive users appeared in the dropdowns. [864858]
    This has been fixed; only active users with appropriate permissions will appear in the dropdowns.

  • The workflow tracker showed the wrong phase, and the workflow history showed activity after workflow completion. [860526]
    This has been fixed; the workflow tracker and history will accurately show information.

  • On a particular workflow that was blocked, the blocked workflow notification was sent to a non-Admin user. [891382]
    This has been fixed; blocked workflow notifications will only go to Admin users.

  • Under certain circumstances, a Workflow Moderator, Approver, and Reviewer could see the ( + ) button in the Participant Sequence panel. [913472]
    This has been fixed; only Admins and Phase Managers see the button.

  • On a contract with simultaneous workflows, attempting to complete an abstraction workflow returned an error. [416609]
    This has been fixed; abstraction workflows can be completed.

Contracts

  • In a multi-organization tenant, a contract originating in one organization that symplr support had moved to another organization reappeared in the original organization after an amend workflow. [837459]
    This has been fixed; a contract will not move organizations after an amend workflow.

  • In a multi-organization tenant, when a permission override was granted to a user who had no permissions within the applicable contract’s organization, the user was unable to access the contract. [451390]
    This has been fixed; permission overrides can grant access to users in other organizations with a multi-organization tenant.

  • Filters applied to the Timesheets, Manage Scheduled Timesheets, or Compensation tab in one contract persisted in other contracts. [868862]
    This has been fixed; filters will no longer persist between individual contracts.

  • Attempting to export the Contracts table after adding columns via the Manage Columns widget returned an error. [868224]
    This has been fixed; contract data will export as expected.

  • When a user completed a critical date that had not yet passed, the completed critical date failed to clear from the Critical Dates tab. [871956]
    This has been fixed; completed critical dates will be removed from the Critical Dates tab upon completion.

  • When a user navigated to a contract’s Field Change History, then clicked the workflow link under Primary Responsible Party, they were redirected to the worklist instead of the workflow. [895954]
    This has been fixed; clicking the workflow link will open the workflow.

Administration

  • A lower Admin (a user in a multi-organization tenant with the Admin role in a single organization) was unable to see the Document Template Library, User Groups, Timesheet Management, or Application Settings in the Admin dropdown. [799724]
    This has been fixed; lower Admins can see the additional menu items.

  • In a workflow template, the only Reviewers available in the Add Phase Participant dropdown were *Initiator and *Reviewer. [870986]
    This has been fixed; the Reviewers will load as expected.

  • In a workflow template, some users were missing from the User dropdown within the workflow template trigger. [868583]
    This has been fixed; the users will load as expected.

  • When attempting to copy a workflow template, a newly created workflow template failed to appear in the Copy Workflow Templates dropdown until the user manually refreshed the page. [876000]
    This has been fixed; newly created workflow templates will appear in the dropdown without the user having to refresh the page.

  • In Admin > Organization Management, Custom Fields, if a user applied a filter, switched on the Include Inactive Fields toggle, clicked on a custom field and then saved it, and then returned to the Custom Fields table, the Include Inactive Fields toggle was off. [871995]
    This has been fixed; the toggle state will persist when a user opens a custom field and returns to the table.

  • User groups with admin fallbacks were missing from the Add Phase Participant dropdowns in the workflow template builder. [867591]
    This has been fixed; user groups with admin fallbacks appear in dropdowns as expected.

Users & User Groups

  • In a multi-organization tenant, user groups from organizations other than the currently selected organization appeared in the Add Phase Participant dropdowns in workflows and the workflow template builder. [864924]
    This has been fixed; only user groups in the current organization will appear in the dropdowns.

  • If a user had the Survey Moderator role in Vendor Pulse check, and permissions for a Contract Type that belonged to a customer-created Contract Category, then that user would receive an error when attempting to access Gift Alert, despite having a Gift Alert role.
    This has been fixed; users with these roles and permissions can access Gift Alert.

  • In the user directory, the field Inactive (Yes/No) was populated correctly onscreen for inactive users, but the exported file erroneously showed Inactive=No for inactive users. [864791]
    This has been fixed; the exported file shows the correct value.

  • Under Admin > User Groups > individual group > Add Group Members > Select People, if the Admin set the maximum number of results per page to 500, the application failed to enforce that rule. [867510]
    This has been fixed; the max results rule will be enforced.

  • Under Admin > User Groups, the application failed to save the Default Assignee. [885698]
    This has been fixed; Admins can save a user group member as the Default Assignee as expected.

Time Tracking

  • The Current Timesheet Approver list failed to update each month to reflect the Future Timesheet Approver. [859834]
    This has been fixed; the Current and Future Timesheet Approvers update as expected.

  • Under Manage Scheduled Timesheets within an active timesheet, a user was missing from the Timesheet Approver dropdown. [876988]
    This has been fixed; all users with the appropriate role and permissions appear in the Timesheet Approver dropdown.

  • The Certified By field was missing from the timesheet summary. [886435]
    This has been fixed; the Certified By field appears in the timesheet summary.

  • The Approved Compensation Added By field failed to populate in the timesheet activity table. [859797]
    This has been fixed; the field populates in the timesheet activity table.

  • Attempting to tag a user in a reply to a comment on a timesheet returned an error. [876983]
    This has been fixed; users can be tagged in comment replies.

Vendor Pulse Check

  • A lower Admin (a user in a multi-organization tenant with the Admin role in a single organization) was unable to add Pulse Check participants within a contract. [845929]
    This has been fixed; lower Admins can add participants.
