Resolved

Multi-organization tenants

  • In a multi-organization tenant, when a user switched organizations while in the vendor or provider directory, the page failed to refresh. [939477]
    This has been fixed; the page will refresh when another organization is selected.

  • In a multi-organization tenant, when a user switched organizations while in the document template library, the page failed to refresh. [947166]
    This has been fixed; the page will refresh when another organization is selected.

  • In a multi-organization tenant, within the workflow template builder, users from other organizations were available for selection in the dropdowns. [954231]
    This has been fixed; only users in the current organization will appear in the dropdowns.

  • In a multi-organization tenant, Pulse Check users with access to only one organization were able to access Pulse Check in another organization. [990417]
    This has been fixed; Pulse Check users can only access Pulse Check in organizations where they have permissions.

Signing in

  • Users signing in as Requestors saw the following error: Problem retrieving contract request question. [935378]
    This has been fixed; the error will no longer appear.

Notifications

  • In a DocuSign signature phase, the symplr Contract email notification was not sent to the first Signatory. [937915]
    This has been fixed; the email will be sent.

  • When a workflow without a Phase Owner was initiated, the “Admin: Workflow has no Phase Owner” email notification was not sent to applicable Admins. [974020]
    This has been fixed; the email will be sent.

Dashboard

  • In the cumulative flow diagram by workflow widget, the active phase showed incorrect values. [530492]
    This has been fixed; the widget will show the correct values.

Reporting

  • Attempting to export a saved report containing more than 2,000 results returned an error. [864610]
    This has been fixed; saved reports will export as expected.

  • Under Explore > Reporting > Contracts, within the Filter Table widget, the Archived filter was missing field values. [936806]
    This has been fixed; the Archived filter will show Yes/No field values.

  • Under Explore > Reporting > Contracts, within the Filter Table widget, the Permissions Overridden filter was missing field values. [976167]
    This has been fixed; the Permissions Overridden filter will show True/False field values.

  • Under Explore > Reporting > Timesheets, within the Filter Table widget, the Maximum Compensation Allowed filter was missing field values. [977956]
    This has been fixed; the Maximum Compensation Allowed filter will show mathematical operator field values.

  • Under Explore > Reporting > Workflows, attempting to export a report that included a date field with no value returned an error. [1010584]

    This has been fixed; reports with blank date fields will export as expected.

Users

  • A user who had been deactivated appeared in the user list when the list was filtered to exclude inactive users. [936901]
    This has been fixed; deactivated users will no longer appear in the active user list.

  • External Party users (in tenants with Conflict Capture and Pulse Check) could see Pulse Check and Conflict Capture in the Queue menu. [976750]

    • Note that selecting one of those options only refreshed the worklist; External Parties had no access to those queues.

    • This has been fixed; External Parties will no longer see those menu options.

Workflows

  • During workflow initiation, the selected Primary Other Party was available for selection in the Secondary Other Party dropdown. [975952]
    This has been fixed; the selected Primary Other Party will not appear in the Secondary Other Party dropdown.

  • In a workflow created from an approved request workflow, phase participants were unable to view the associated request workflow. [945165]
    This has been fixed; phase participants can view the request workflow associated with the assigned workflow.

  • Attempting to initiate an amend workflow from the contract summary page returned an error. [911395]
    This has been fixed; amend workflows can be initiated.

  • A Phase Mediator was unable to remove phase participants they had added and sequenced. [934449]
    This has been fixed; Phase Mediators can remove phase participants they added and sequenced.

  • The External Parties dropdown contained all Other Party Contacts from the vendor and provider records. [946354]
    This has been fixed; only External Parties will appear in the External Parties dropdown.

  • When an Admin sequenced into a DocuSign signature phase (as an Admin) accessed the workflow, they saw the wrong banner: Signatures, Reviews, and Approvals will need to be completed in DocuSign. [948421]
    This has been fixed; when a sequenced Admin accesses the assigned DocuSign signature phase, they’ll see the correct banner: Signatures, Reviews, and Approvals will need to be completed in DocuSign.

  • Double-clicking the Initiate Workflow button caused duplicate phases in the workflow. [989700]
    This has been fixed; double-clicking will no longer duplicate workflow phases.

Admin

  • Editing the Contract Types in a workflow template removed triggered user groups. [915833]
    This has been fixed; editing the Contract Types in a workflow template will no longer affect triggered user groups.

  • Copying a form template and then editing a section name in the newly copied form template returned an error. [935880]
    This has been fixed; edits to recently copied form templates can be saved.

  • Under Admin > Organization Management > Custom Fields, timesheet-specific system fields were available for editing. [942317]
    This has been fixed; timesheet-specific system fields will not appear in the custom fields table.

  • Recently added users were unavailable for selection when adding Reviewers to form triggers. [950939]
    This has been fixed; all users with appropriate roles and permissions will be available for selection.

  • Users will no longer be able to save custom fields with names that duplicate system field names. [952738]
    When a user attempts to save a new or existing duplicate custom field, they’ll see this message: This field already exists as a system field. Please enter a different name.

  • Users were able to save custom fields with text as the Data Type and radio button, dropdown, or picklist as the Input Type without adding any options for input. [975998]

    • This has been fixed; custom fields with text as the Data Type and radio button, dropdown, or picklist as the Input Type cannot be saved until input options have been added.

Time Tracking

  • On a particular timesheet, the value in the Total Compensation field on the timesheet differed from the field value in the timesheet report. [918380]
    This has been fixed; the Total Compensation field value will be consistent.

  • A timesheet participant was able to comment on a completed timesheet workflow, but attempting to save the comment returned an error. [981702]
    This has been fixed; timesheet participants cannot comment on completed workflows.

  • The Responsible Parties dropdown failed to finish loading when the user scrolled down the list. [986199]

    • This also occurred on the contract summary page.

    • This has been fixed; the Responsible Parties dropdown will load as expected.
