Updated

Retain Admin privileges for users with Admin and Approver/Reviewer/Phase Mediator role in workflows [855779, 962853]

When a user with the Admin role is sequenced into a workflow, during their turn, they'll be able to perform Admin functions as well as the functions of their assigned role within the workflow.

  • This will apply for Admins sequenced as the active Reviewer, Approver, Phase Owner, Phase Mediator, or Admin.

  • They will see the buttons applicable to their current active, sequenced role in the workflow (such as Submit Review) as well as the actions restricted to Admins and Phase Owners (Retract Phase, Reassign, Skip Participant, Cancel Workflow).

Resolved

Global Search

  • In some tenants, global search erroneously failed to return results. [1037617]
    This has been fixed; global search will return results as expected.

  • When searching for a keyword that started with a special character, the special character was missing from the search result. [926691]
    This has been fixed; search results with special characters will show as expected.

Notifications

  • In the email notification for an activated contract resulting from a Amend workflow, the URL in the email notification sent the user to a blank page. [1001842]
    This has been fixed; links in email notifications will work as expected.

Reporting

  • A recently saved custom report failed to send to the scheduled recipient. [868459]
    This has been fixed; scheduled reports will be sent as expected.

  • The incorrect date format appeared in delivered scheduled reports. [1018638]
    This has been fixed; dates will appear in the expected format: MM/DD/YYYY 00:00 AM

  • Under Explore > Reporting > Providers, in delivered scheduled reports containing the Status column, the Status field values were true/false. [1035684]
    This has been fixed; field values for Status will appear in the expected format: Active/Inactive.

Account Settings

  • A Timesheet Financial Reviewer assigned another Timesheet Financial Reviewer as their preferred out-of-office proxy, but an Admin was inserted into the applicable timesheet workflows. [1036072]
    This has been fixed; the application will insert the preferred proxy unless they lack appropriate permissions.

Vendor Directory

  • When an update to a vendor’s primary contact email address was made within the vendor record, the update failed to appear in the Vendor Directory table. [1039602]
    This has been fixed; changes made to the vendor record will immediate appear in the Vendor Directory table.

Workflows

  • A user was triggered into (and able to access) a workflow for which they lacked sufficient location permissions. [1010714]
    This has been fixed; users will not be triggered into workflows unless they have sufficient permissions to access them.

  • Under Attachments > Manage All, the Upload New Version button was available on activated workflows, timesheets, and Pulse Check surveys. [1043669]
    This has been fixed; the Upload New Version button will be unavailable on activated activated workflows, timesheets, and Pulse Check surveys.

  • Reference URLs included on form templates failed to appear in the request workflows containing those form templates. [1032638]
    This has been fixed; reference URLs will appear as expected.

  • In a workflow where a user was sequenced into a phase via workflow template as well as by trigger, retracting the Signature Phase in the workflow caused the user to be sequenced twice as a Signatory. [811813]
    This has been fixed; retraction will no longer cause duplicate participant sequencing.

  • In the Activation Phase, a long file name extended beyond the borders of the unresolved markup popup. [1015273]
    This has been fixed; the text will wrap instead of extending beyond the popup.

  • An External Party was able to edit attachment information on a workflow added by another user. [1019430]
    This has been fixed; External Parties will be unable to edit attachments added by others.

Contracts

  • In a particular contract file, attempting to view custom fields in the field change history returned an error. [916493]
    This has been fixed; users can view change history for custom fields.

Administration

  • Under Admin > Organization Management > Form Templates, the Last Modified By and Last Modified Date columns failed to update for recently updated form templates. [1004843]
    This has been fixed; the Last Modified By and Last Modified Date columns will reflect the the most recent data.

  • Under Admin > Organization Management > Workflow Templates, deleting a phase from a workflow template reassigned the Phase Owners to different phases in an active workflow if all the following conditions were met: [909015]

    • The workflow template had five phases, each with a different Phase Owner.

    • Users completed the first four phases of a workflow using that template.

    • An Admin deleted the third phase in the workflow template.

    • A user retracted the workflow to the first phase.
      This has been fixed; changes made to workflow templates will not affect active workflows.

  • Under Admin > User Groups, after a group member’s user role was updated to External Party from the user group page, removing the user from the group, the Group Size field value in the User Groups table failed to update to reflect the recent change. [1035517]
    This has been fixed; the Group Size field value will update when a user is removed from the group due to a change in permissions.

Time Tracking

  • A lower-level Admin (a user in a multi-organization tenant with the Admin role in one organization) was unable to add a timesheet. [1024398]
    This has been fixed:

    • A lower-level Admin can view and edit any timesheets associated with a contract they have permissions to access. 

    • If a lower-level Admin creates a timesheet and selects a node of the contract for which they lack permissions, they will retain access to view and edit the timesheet as long as they have access to the contract.

  • Under Admin > Timesheet Management > Timesheet Activity Groups, filters saved for a single Timesheet Activity Groups were available on all Timesheet Activity Groups. [1007339]
    This has been fixed; filters will only be available on the Timesheet Activity Groups where they were saved.
