2024.7.2 Release Notes

These items were released to production on November 19th, 2024.

Resolved

• Attempting to send a workflow with an overlong name to DocuSign (over 100 characters) returned this error: Problem occurred sending document and signers to DocuSign. [1113588]

  • This issue was typically caused by overlong vendor names, which resulted in overlong workflow names, which caused the DocuSign email subject to exceed the maximum allowed number of characters.

  • This has been fixed; overlong workflow names will be truncated when sent to DocuSign, preventing the error.

• In some cases, users were unable to select workflow templates during initiation. [1115368]
  This has been fixed; users will be able to select workflow templates that match their permissions.

Rolled back

The fixes for these resolved items, which were released with 2024.7, caused significant issues, so we have rolled them back in the 2024.7.2.

• Some users could initiate workflows using workflow templates they lacked permissions to access. [1054242]

• Some users were unable to select workflow templates during initiation. [1113605]
