In signature phases using DocuSign, if the assigned signatory had an active designated proxy signatory, then the proxy signatory received a review notification instead of a signatory notification from DocuSign, preventing them from signing the document. [1116523]
This has been fixed; active designated proxy signatories can now sign documents in DocuSign.
