Reporting

  • Under Explore > Reporting > Contracts, the BAA Expiration Date and BAA Effective Date fields failed to populate. [1061907]
This has been fixed; the fields will populate where values exist.

Worklist & Workflows

  • The Include Previously Completed Items toggle failed to hide activated workflows when the toggle was off and the status was filtered by “Activated”. [1041751]
This has been fixed; Previously completed items will be excluded from the worklist when the toggle is off.

  • Some users could initiate workflows using workflow templates they lacked permissions to access. [1054242]

    • This occurred under convergence of the following circumstances:

      • The user had a higher level role, such as Phase Owner, with limited Location and Contract Type permissions.

      • The user also had a lower level role, such as Reviewer, with organization-wide Location and all Contract Type permissions.

      • A workflow template used the Can Initiate feature, limiting initiation to Phase Owners/Mediators and Admins, and also limited Locations and Contract Types to those outside the permissions set for the user’s higher level role.

    • This has been fixed; the application will check the permissions set and role that apply to the selected workflow template, so that the initiating user will no longer see workflow templates outside of their permissions.

Contract Library

  • Responsible Parties could not be tagged in comments on the contract summary page of the contract for which they were responsible. [948062]
This has been fixed; Responsible Parties can be tagged.

This has been fixed; comments will be visible on their respective contract versions.

  • A confidential attachment was no longer visible (to users with permissions to see it) after an Abstraction workflow was activated on the contract. [1062480]
This has been fixed; confidential attachments will be visible to those users with permissions to see them.

Vendors & Providers

  • Attempting to add an allowed external viewer to a confidential attachment on a vendor or provider record failed to save. [1062935]
This has been fixed; allowed external viewers can be saved for confidential attachments.

  • Attempting to remove a vendor or provider contact as the primary contact failed. [1056215]
This has been fixed; users with appropriate permissions can remove the primary contact as expected.

Admin

  • When editing the Locations of a workflow template, the warning popup listing participants that would be removed from the workflow template failed to populate with the list of users. [1057623]
This has been fixed; the list of users will populate.

  • When editing a workflow template, in the Set Participant Sequence popup, a user could click Add Participant before selecting a user and role, which returned an error. [1059960]
This has been fixed; Add Participant will be unavailable until a user and role have been selected.

  • When editing a workflow template with the Auto-Start toggle on, the form template could not be edite. [1059945]
This has been fixed; the Auto-Start toggle will no longer prevent the user form editing the form template.

Time Tracking

  • Timesheet schedules created by users who were later deactivated failed to generate new timesheets. [1023362]
This has been fixed; timesheets will be generated regardless of the status of the users who created the timesheet schedules.

  • Under Explore > Reporting Timesheet Configs, the Initial Compensation and Max Compensation field values failed to populate. [1061382]
This has been fixed; the fields were text fields unrelated to Max Compensation Tracking records, so they have been removed.

Conflict Capture

  • The Cancel button for scheduling a campaign was mismatched to the other buttons. [1055795]
This has been fixed; the button has been updated to Alloy style to match the other buttons.

Vendor Pulse Check

  • When adding a participant from the Pulse Check tab of the contract summary page, only one participant could be added before a page refresh was required. [1062873]
This has been fixed; Admins will be able to add multiple participants without refreshing the page.
