This occurred under convergence of the following circumstances:
The user had a higher level role, such as Phase Owner, with limited Location and Contract Type permissions.
The user also had a lower level role, such as Reviewer, with organization-wide Location and all Contract Type permissions.
A workflow template used the Can Initiate feature, limiting initiation to Phase Owners/Mediators and Admins, and also limited Locations and Contract Types to those outside the permissions set for the user’s higher level role.
This has been fixed; the application will check the permissions set and role that apply to the selected workflow template, so that the initiating user will no longer see workflow templates outside of their permissions.
A user was able to upload a new version of an activated contract by accessing the workflow URL through an email notification regarding the document source, negotiation, or signature phase. [1151663]

[1146534]
This has been fixed; the Editing in progress message will clear and the Submit button will be enabled within 30 seconds of the user closing the M365 document editor tab.If a phase owner started the document source phase and added two or more documents, then added themselves as the current active participant, then clicked on both documents (opening the M365 document editor in two tabs), then edited both documents, then clicked on the workflow tab, and then closed the two M365 document editor tabs, the Editing in progress message persisted.
