Resolved

In some cases, document data was duplicated, which caused the application to return an error when users attempted to view or download affected documents. [1255169]
This has been fixed; users can view and open documents.

If a user added a Contract Description (when the field was previously empty) to a contract with Pulse Check workflows, then conducted a global search of the words in the Contract Description, Pulse Check results appeared in the Others tab without the updated Contract Description. [1178946]
This has been fixed; Pulse Check workflows will not appear within global search results unless the updated Contract Description matches the description on the workflow.

Under Reporting > Contracts, the fields Contains BAA=Yes and BAA Included=Yes or No failed to populate, even when the compliance question “Does this contract contain the Business Associate Agreement/language?” was answered for a contract. [1249725]
This has been fixed; the compliance question will affect the reports as expected.

The Secondary Responsible Party dropdown menu failed to populate with all the users with permissions to be a responsible party for the contract resulting from that workflow. [1126377]
This has been fixed; the Secondary Responsible Party dropdown will populate as expected.
When a phase owner unblocked a phase, the buttons in the Confirm Values popup were the old style. [1243556]
This has been fixed; the buttons are now Alloy style to match the rest of the application.
When a user attempted to open a particular workflow, it returned an error. [1239688]
This has been fixed; it was a data issue, and the workflow will now open.

When an admin attempted to update the value of a custom field (radio button or integer) on the contract summary, it returned an error. [1249420]
This has been fixed; admins can update custom fields.
The online indicator (green conversation icon) appeared next to a responsible party’s name when they had not been active within the last day. [1237668]
This has been fixed; the online indicator will only appear next to a user’s name if they’ve signed in within the last two hours.

A lower-level admin (single-organization admin in a multiple-organization tenant) was unable to create a user group in their organization. [1246011]
This has been fixed; a lower-level admin can create user groups.
For workflow templates, if an admin reviewed a workflow template and made no changes, the application updated the Last Modified By and Last Modified On fields. [1239699]
This has been fixed; those fields will only update when changes to the workflow template are made.

Within Manage scheduled timesheets, an admin was unable to edit the timesheet assistant for current or future timesheets because the Timesheet Assistant field was missing. [1262575]
This has been fixed; admins can edit timesheet assistants as expected.

When a Conflict Capture coordinator or moderator conducted a global search with a relevant keyword, it failed to return results. [1249787]
This has been fixed; global search will show results that the users have permissions to view.
