Custom Contract Summary
If a user creates a custom contract summary form and assigns it to a contract type, then any contract with that contract type will show that form in the contract summary tab.
Only admins and super admins can configure the contract summary page.
In multi-organization tenants, custom contract summary forms are tenant-wide.
A single custom contract summary form can be applied to multiple contract types, but a contract type can have no more than one custom contract summary form.
If a custom contract summary form has multiple sections, then all its available custom fields will appear in a single section in the Summary tab of any applicable contract summaries.
Users cannot edit field properties or triggers.
Users can switch a toggle to determine whether the form appears in sections or as a single form. Each section will be structured as four columns.
To create a custom contract summary form:
Go to Admin > Organization Management > Custom Contract Summary.
Select the Form Library tab.
Select New custom contract layout.
Enter a unique name for the new form.
OPTIONAL: Enter any instructions.
Click Save.
To add a section, select + Add Section.
You must save the form before adding a section.To edit a form section, select the edit icon.
To remove a form section, select the delete icon.
To reorder the form sections, drag a form section.
OPTIONAL: To make the form available for selection, switch the Inactive toggle to Active.
When finished, select Save.
To edit an existing form, open it, edit as needed, and then select Save and close.
To copy a custom contract summary form:
Go to Admin > Organization Management > Custom Contract Summary.
Select the Form Library tab.
Select Copy custom contract layout.
Select the form you want to copy.
Enter a unique name for the new form.
Select Copy.
The contract type assignment, if applicable, will not be carried over when copying the custom form template.
To assign a custom contract summary for to a contract type:
Go to Admin > Organization Management > Custom Contract Summary.
Select the Form Assignment tab.
Select a contract type.
Select the Custom Form Name.
Select Save.
