Denali Release Notes

These items were deployed to production the morning of Monday, October 14th, 2019.

User Accounts & Password Management

For user accounts managed by TractManager, the following password policy will be enforced:

  • Passwords must contain at least one uppercase character, one lowercase character, and at least one digit.

  • Passwords must be at least eight characters long.

  • Passwords will expire after 90 days and then must be changed.

  • New passwords are checked against a history of the user’s last six passwords.

Brute force prevention mechanisms are in place. These mechanisms include:

  • Automatic lockout after five failures, with a 10-minute wait.

  • A quick login check of 1000 ms with a minimum one-minute wait.

Notifications

PM2-2213 In-App Notification: Notify reviewer that it is their turn to review.

When it is a Reviewer's turn to submit their review (triggered by Phase Owner starting the phase or by the previous reviewer or approver submitting his review or approval), they will see an in-app (bell) notification:

It is now your turn in the sequence to participate as a Reviewer during the [Phase Name] Phase of Workflow [Workflow Name].

  • The notification will contain a date/time stamp.

  • The notification will link to the applicable workflow.

Contract Library

PM2-3237 Form fields can be edited in the Contract Library.

The somewhat cumbersome Edit Fields workflow has been replaced with the ability to edit certain fields.

  • Under the Key Terms section, there will be a Fields section. Only the form fields in the Fields section will be editable.

  • Admins and Editors with appropriate permissions will see an Edit button on the Contract Library Summary tab.

  • When a user clicks Edit, they will be able to edit all form fields appearing underneath the horizontal page break below Key Terms.

  • The user can click Save to save their edits, and a new snapshot of the contract will be saved in the Contract History.

  • The user can click Cancel to discard their edits and exit edit mode.

Reporting

PM2-3452 A column for Contract Description will be added to the table in the Contracts tab.

Under the Contracts tab, the Contract Description column will be present by default. It can be deselected in the Manage Columns widget.
