These items were deployed to production the morning of Wednesday, January 8th, 2020.
Managing Notifications in Account Settings
Individual users will be able to configure which automated emails and in-app (bell) notifications they receive, allowing them to better manage their workloads and limit unnecessary communications.
PM2-4082 Develop the UI for the Notifications tab in Account Settings.
Under the Notifications tab, notifications will be listed individually and grouped by category:
Workflow Notifications | Contract Library Notifications | TERMS NotificationsThere will be a column for email notifications and a column for bell (in-app) notifications.
Notification categories will be filtered based on the user's role (or roles).
By default, all notifications will be toggled ON.
This feature is contained within a backend toggle, so that it may be turned ON (meaning users will see the Notifications tab in their Account Settings) or OFF (meaning users will not see the Notifications tab in their Account Settings) for each tenant.
PM2-4083 If a user has toggled OFF an email notification or in-app (bell) notification, then the user should not receive those notifications.
To manage notification settings:Hover the cursor over your user name (in the top right corner of your screen).
In the dropdown, select Account Settings.
In the Manage Profile modal, click on the Notifications tab.
Notification categories are collapsed by default. Click a caret to expand a category.

When finished, click Save. The Manage Profile modal will close.

PM2-4351 DEFECT FIX In the Amend and Renew action types, the Add Role to Phase trigger would not fire. This has been fixed; the Add Role to Phase trigger will now add a user to the sequence as expected.
Executive Summary Cover Page in Signature Phase
The Signatories of a contract are often hospital executives who have neither the time nor the access to review other phases. They only need a quick overview of a workflow and its reviews/approvals, i.e. an executive summary, before signing. The Executive Summary cover page will provide this overview.
PM2-2999 Signature Phase Cover Page
The cover page will be present when a user enters the Signature Phase, regardless of signature type.
It will appear under Executive Summary, the first tab in the document viewer.
For workflows that utilize e-signature, the cover page will be visible in DocuSign to all users, both internal and external.
The cover page will contain a summary of reviews and approvals, with date/time stamps, obtained throughout the workflow.
For now, this will include review/approval triggers and exceptions (e.g. skips), but not default or manually added reviewers or approvers.
The cover page will be titled Executive Summary Cover Page.
All data will be presented chronologically.
Retractions, skips, and any associated comments/reasons will be included.
When review or approval is triggered based upon a form value, the verbiage User added due to trigger conditions being met along with the user’s name and the date/time they were added to the workflow will be included.
An Amend workflow will generate a new cover sheet for that workflow.
Each distinct workflow will have its own unique cover page.
The cover pages for previous workflows will be available in their respective workflow snapshots.
PM2-4022 A cover page will be generated for the Signature Phase.
Upon completion of the Negotiation Phase, a cover page will auto-generate for the Signature Phase.
The cover page will be on the first tab in the document viewer, labeled as Executive Summary.
It will be an uneditable PDF.
If a retraction reverts the workflow to the Negotiation Phase or any phase prior to the Negotiation Phase, then a new cover page will be generated upon completion of the Negotiation Phase. This new cover page will replace any previous cover pages.
PM2-4019 The new Executive Summary tab in the document viewer will house the cover page.
The cover page will be visible to all users with access to the Signature Phase.
All users with access to see the cover page will be able to download it. Downloading is the only available action for this tab.
For workflows that utilize e-signature, the cover page will be visible in DocuSign.
PM2-4052 Triggered information will be captured on the cover page.
When review or approval is triggered based upon a form value, the verbiage User added due to trigger conditions being met along with the user’s name and the date/time they were added to the workflow will be included.
PM2-4025 The cover page will be stored within the contract file in Contract Library.
The cover page will reside under the new Executive Summary tab, in the Documents tab, alongside all other documents attached to a workflow.
For contracts with Amend workflows, the previous cover pages for each distinct workflow will be available in their respective workflow snapshots.
PM2-4028 In an Amend workflow, a cover page will be generated for the Signature Phase.
The cover page will reside under the new Executive Summary tab, in the Documents tab, alongside all other documents attached to a workflow.
The previous cover pages for each distinct workflow will be available in the workflow snapshot.

Location will be hidden in the Edit Asset modal.
Department will be hidden in the Asset Information modal.
PM2-4210 When a Vendor or Provider name in the Vendor or Provider Directory was edited, corresponding contract names would not update to reflect the newly edited name. This has been fixed; the Contract Names will now update to reflect Vendor and Provider Name edits.

PM2-4246 In the Approved Language modal, filtering Contract Types by Contract Category will no longer remove Contract Types that the user had already selected.

Form Template Builder
PM2-4105 When a field using the Display Field trigger was updated to Add Role to Phase in a workflow template, the trigger would not fire in the workflow.

For a cleaner UI, the Form Templates table will default to only showing active form templates. To see inactive templates, too, Admins can toggle on the Include Inactive Form Templates switch.
PM2-4259 The Field Label field will be removed from the Manage Field Properties modal.
The Field Label was intended to support the Caption field from PM1. However, this is redundant because in CLM, the field name is displayed in the Manage Field Properties modal title like so:
Manage Field Properties: Title of the field whose properties you are editing in this modal.
