Parkview Mountain Release Notes

These items were deployed to production the morning of Tuesday, October 6th, 2020.

Documentation

As you may have noticed, with the Mount Olympus Release, we began publishing pre-release notes. We will continue to post these pre-release notes at least two weeks before each major release.

Additionally, after the Parkview Release, we will start publishing Features on the Horizon. This will be a brief overview of features and enhancements currently in development.

General

PM2-3792 BUG FIX In the calendar widget, the arrow to advance months would move as the length of the month name changed.
  • For advancing several months, this was not user friendly.

  • The widget has been updated to make calendar arrows stationary.

Vendor & Provider Directories

PM2-6207 The dropdown menu for the State field has been updated to include DC.

Workflows: Document Sorting

PM2-4551 Users will be able to change the order in which the documents are tabbed in the document viewer.

PM2-6120 Reorder documents via drag and drop in the Document Versions accordion.

This privilege will be restricted to the current Phase Owner and any Admins.

To reorder documents:

  • Click the caret to expand the Document Versions accordion.

  • Click Reorder (Off).

    • It will change to Reorder (On).

    • The document file icons will change to three--stacked-parallel-lines icons.

  • Hover over the file you want to move.

    • The cursor will change to a hand icon.

  • Drag and drop the file to where you want to see it in the list.

    • PM2-6226 When you release the mouse button, a “Document moved” message confirming reorder will appear briefly.

    • PM2-6227 The new order in the Document Versions accordion will be reflected in the tab order of the Document Viewer.

Reordering main documents will be possible in the Document Source and Negotiation Phases, and before the Signature Phase is started.

  • Prior to starting the Signature Phase, the Admin or Phase Owner will be able to reorder the Executive Summary page as well.

  • For digital Signature Phases, the document order you set in CLM will determine their order in DocuSign.

PM2-6225 Allow cancelling the reorder operation.

To cancel document reordering:

  • Simply drop the document in its original location.
    OR
Hover anywhere outside of the Document Versions area and drop the document.
    OR
    Click the ESC button.

Contract Library: Limiting Search Results

PM2-6106 A new toggle for the Contracts table, Limit Results to 1000, will be available upon request to address performance issues sometimes experienced in exceptionally large tenants.

By default, this toggle will be hidden. Contact a MediTract representative to have it made available to your organization.

To prevent incomplete searches, switching the toggle on will remove the keyword search bar above the Contracts table. The full text search bar, located in the top right corner of the screen, will still be available.

Contract Requests

PM2-6635 BUG FIX The system would fail to send a password reset email to a user submitting an Access Request.

This has been fixed; a user requesting access from an approved domain will receive a password reset email.

Admin

PM2-6524 BUG FIX If an Admin entered a duplicative name for a form template, then the Save or Copy button would be enabled.
  • The “Names must be unique” message would appear as expected.

  • Attempting to save the workflow template with a duplicative name would return an error. However, the Save or Copy button should be disabled if the Workflow Template Name is not unique.

  • This has been fixed; if an Admin enters a Form Template Name that has been applied to another form template (whether active or inactive), then the Save or Copy button will be disabled.

Display Activity Groups

To make it easier to differentiate between timesheets, as well as various timesheet activities, we will display Activity Groups on timesheets.

PM2-5704 When an Activity Group is added to a timesheet, it will be stored as an attribute of each Activity in that Activity Group.

PM2-5705 Activity Groups will appear on the add new timesheets and edit timesheet schedule forms.

On both forms, the Activity Group field will appear above the Activity field.

PM2-6394 In the add new timesheet and edit timesheet schedule forms, the red border has been removed from the Activity Group and Activity fields.

It has been replaced with the standard gray border that surrounds most other fields.

PM2-6324 Admins will be able to add duplicate activities to timesheets.

This will accommodate multiple Activity Groups containing the same Activity, as well as Activities existing both inside and outside of Activity Groups.

PM2-6425, PM2-5707 In the add and update time entry modals, Activities and Activity Groups will be listed alphabetically in the Activity dropdown.

Activities associated with Activity Groups will appear in this format:

Activity Group Name - Activity Name

PM2-5706 Activity Groups will appear in the time entry tables within timesheet workflows.
  • The Activity Group column will appear in the time entry table, where it will display the Activity Group associated with an Activity.

  • The Activity Group column will be available in the Manage Columns and Filter Table widgets.

  • The Activity Group column will be included in exported timesheet activity tables.

PM2-5709 In the mobile app, Activity Groups will appear alongside applicable Activities.

They will be appear in this format:

Activity Group Name - Activity Name - 12am - 12pm

They will appear in these places:

Overview screen | Entry Details screen | Activity View screen

Timesheet Types

The new Timesheet Type label will help Timesheet Reporters (Providers) with multiple timesheets for a single time period differentiate between those timesheets.

PM2-6125 Admins will be able to manage Timesheet Types under Admin > Timesheet Management > Timesheet Management > Timesheet Types.

PM2-6126 The Timesheet Type table will be available under Admin > Timesheet Management.

The following columns will be displayed by default:

Timesheet Type | Date Created | Created By | Status

The following columns will be available via the Manage Columns widget:

Last Modified | Last Modified By

The table will be filterable by all of the aforementioned attributes.

PM2-6128 The Timesheet Type table will have the same widgets as similar tables throughout the application:

Filter Table | Manage Columns | Export

PM2-6113 Admins will be able to create Timesheet Types:
  • Navigate to Admin > Timesheet Management > Timesheet Management > Timesheet Types.

  • Click Create Timesheet Type.

  • In the add timesheet type modal, enter the name of the Timesheet Type.

Timesheet Types must be unique. Entering an existing Timesheet Type name will return this message: Timesheet Type must be unique.

  • Click Save.

The new Timesheet Type will appear in the Timesheet Type table, as well as in the Timesheet Type dropdown in the add new timesheets and edit timesheet schedule form.

PM2-6127 The Timesheet Type will not be available in the add new timesheets and edit timesheet schedule forms until the status toggle is switched to Active.
  • The status toggle is in the add timesheet type and edit timesheet type modals.

  • The status toggle defaults to Inactive.

PM2-6129 Once you create a Timesheet Type, you can’t edit it. Instead, you’ll need to toggle it to Inactive and create a new Timesheet Type to use in its place.
  • In the Timesheet Type table, click on the Timesheet Type.

  • In the edit timesheet type modal, switch the status toggle to Inactive.

  • Create a new Timesheet Type with the name you want.

PM2-5618 Active Timesheet Types will be available for selection in the Timesheet Type field on the add new timesheets and edit timesheet schedule forms.
  • The Timesheet Type field will appear at the top of the form.

  • The field will be optional.

  • The field will be editable on active timesheet schedules.

  • Edits will be applied to all timesheets generated after the change.

  • The Timesheet Type cannot be added or edited on canceled and completed timesheets.

PM2-5745, PM2-5746 The Timesheet Type field will be available in the timesheets and manage scheduled timesheets tables.
  • Timesheet Type will be a filterable attribute via the Filter Table widget.

  • It will be hidden by default, but you can add it via the Manage Columns widget.

  • It will be exportable via the Export widget.

PM2-5743 In applicable timesheet workflows, the Timesheet Type will appear at the top of the timesheet header.

If a Timesheet Type has not been applied to the timesheet, then the Timesheet Type field will not be displayed.

PM2-5741 In My Worklist, an info icon will appear next to the workflow name if a timesheet has a Timesheet Type.

Hover over the info icon to see the Timesheet Type.

PM2-6145 The Timesheet Type field will be reportable under Explore > Reporting > Timesheets and Timesheet Configs.
  • Timesheet Type will be a filterable attribute via the Filter Table widget.

  • It will be hidden by default, but you can add it via the Manage Columns widget.

  • It will be exportable via the Export widget.

PM2-5483 In the mobile app, the Timesheet Type field will appear on the Overview screen.

Approved Compensation

Timesheet Approvers, Financial Reviewers, and Admins will be able to enter Approved Compensation for individual time entries, modifying the amount a Provider (Timesheet Reporter) will be paid. The business need for this typically occurs when the time a Timesheet Reporter enters results in the compensation exceeding the allowed maximum.

PM2-3903 In the update time entry modal, users will be able to enter the Approved Compensation amount for each Activity.
  • Users with the following roles can enter Approved Compensation:

Approvers | Financial Reviewers | Admins

  • Approved Compensation can be edited in the following phases:

Timesheet Approval Phase | Timesheet Financial Review Phase

The Approved Compensation field will only appear in the Time Entry Phase if both of the following conditions are met:

  • The timesheet has been rejected, returning it to the Time Entry Phase from a subsequent phase.

  • A user entered a value in the Approved Compensation field in one of those subsequent phases.

To edit Approved Compensation:

  • In a timesheet workflow, click on a time entry. The update time entry modal will open.

  • Enter or edit the amount in the Approved Compensation field.

  • Other fields in the modal will be read-only.

  • The only available buttons will be Save and Cancel.

  • Click Save.

PM2-3904 The fields Approved Compensation and Approved Compensation Added By will be available in the timesheet entry table within a timesheet workflow.
  • Both fields will be filterable attributes via the Filter Table widget.

  • Both fields will be hidden by default, but you can add them via the Manage Columns widget.

  • If the timesheet has been rejected to the Time Entry Phase, then the Approved Compensation amounts entered will persist.

PM2-6160 The Approved Compensation entered will override the calculated Compensation for the Activity in the Total Compensation calculation.

In the Timesheet Approval Phase, if a user enters an Approved Compensation amount that differs from the calculated Compensation (based on units entered in the Time Entry Phase), then the Total Compensation field in the timesheet header will update to reflect the Approved Compensation amount.

Total Compensation will display three decimal places to account for mileage reimbursement amounts. (The current IRS standard mileage rate is 57.5 cents per mile.)

PM2-6610 The Approved Compensation will override the calculated Total Compensation in Reporting > Timesheets.

Approved Compensation Notifications

When the Approved Compensation differs from the calculated Compensation calculated based on the units entered, both an email and in-app (bell) notification will be sent to the following parties:

Timesheet Reporter | Timesheet Assistant (if applicable) | Timesheet Approver | Timesheet Financial Reviewer
