Parkview Mountain Release Notes
These items were deployed to production the morning of Tuesday, October 6th, 2020.
Documentation
As you may have noticed, with the Mount Olympus Release, we began publishing pre-release notes. We will continue to post these pre-release notes at least two weeks before each major release.
Additionally, after the Parkview Release, we will start publishing Features on the Horizon. This will be a brief overview of features and enhancements currently in development.
General
PM2-3792 BUG FIX In the calendar widget, the arrow to advance months would move as the length of the month name changed.
For advancing several months, this was not user friendly.
The widget has been updated to make calendar arrows stationary.
Vendor & Provider Directories
PM2-6207 The dropdown menu for the State field has been updated to include DC.
Workflows: Document Sorting
PM2-4551 Users will be able to change the order in which the documents are tabbed in the document viewer.

This privilege will be restricted to the current Phase Owner and any Admins.

Click Reorder (Off).
It will change to Reorder (On).
The document file icons will change to three--stacked-parallel-lines icons.

The cursor will change to a hand icon.
Drag and drop the file to where you want to see it in the list.
PM2-6226 When you release the mouse button, a “Document moved” message confirming reorder will appear briefly.
PM2-6227 The new order in the Document Versions accordion will be reflected in the tab order of the Document Viewer.
Reordering main documents will be possible in the Document Source and Negotiation Phases, and before the Signature Phase is started.
Prior to starting the Signature Phase, the Admin or Phase Owner will be able to reorder the Executive Summary page as well.
For digital Signature Phases, the document order you set in CLM will determine their order in DocuSign.

OR
Click the ESC button.
Contract Library: Limiting Search Results
PM2-6106 A new toggle for the Contracts table, Limit Results to 1000, will be available upon request to address performance issues sometimes experienced in exceptionally large tenants.
By default, this toggle will be hidden. Contact a MediTract representative to have it made available to your organization.
To prevent incomplete searches, switching the toggle on will remove the keyword search bar above the Contracts table. The full text search bar, located in the top right corner of the screen, will still be available.
Contract Requests
PM2-6635 BUG FIX The system would fail to send a password reset email to a user submitting an Access Request.
This has been fixed; a user requesting access from an approved domain will receive a password reset email.
Admin
PM2-6524 BUG FIX If an Admin entered a duplicative name for a form template, then the Save or Copy button would be enabled.
The “Names must be unique” message would appear as expected.
Attempting to save the workflow template with a duplicative name would return an error. However, the Save or Copy button should be disabled if the Workflow Template Name is not unique.
This has been fixed; if an Admin enters a Form Template Name that has been applied to another form template (whether active or inactive), then the Save or Copy button will be disabled.

Approved Compensation
Timesheet Approvers, Financial Reviewers, and Admins will be able to enter Approved Compensation for individual time entries, modifying the amount a Provider (Timesheet Reporter) will be paid. The business need for this typically occurs when the time a Timesheet Reporter enters results in the compensation exceeding the allowed maximum.

Users with the following roles can enter Approved Compensation: Approvers | Financial Reviewers | Admins
Approved Compensation can be edited in the following phases: Timesheet Approval Phase | Timesheet Financial Review Phase
The Approved Compensation field will only appear in the Time Entry Phase if both of the following conditions are met:
The timesheet has been rejected, returning it to the Time Entry Phase from a subsequent phase.
A user entered a value in the Approved Compensation field in one of those subsequent phases.
To edit Approved Compensation:
In a timesheet workflow, click on a time entry. The update time entry modal will open.

Both fields will be filterable attributes via the Filter Table widget.
