  • Within the Manage Columns widget, the Priority column will be hidden.

Contracts

PM2-7386 DEFECT FIX Users could add attachments to a contract while the Abstraction Workflow was in progress.

  • Attachments added during an Abstraction Workflow were removed once the Abstraction Workflow was completed.

User Permissions

PM2-7284 BUG FIX Within a multi-organization tenant, if a user with access to multiple organizations had their permissions deleted for one organization, they could still access that organization indirectly through their remaining permissions sets for other organizations within the tenant.
This has been fixed; users whose permissions for one organization (within a multi-organization tenant) have been deleted will no longer have access to that organization.

PM2-7237 BUG FIX Within the contract summary pages, External Party users could not see attachments that they had permissions to access.
This has been fixed; External Party users with access to a contract can see any associated attachments that they have been given permissions to see.

PM2-7449 DEFECT FIX Attempting to add a Contract Type to a specific user’s permission set would return a 504 error.

  • This was caused by a performance issue with a database query, which we replaced with a more efficient query.

  • This has been fixed; Contract Types can be added to the user’s permission set as expected.

PM2-7102 DEFECT FIX A loophole allowed users who had a permissions set of Contract Moderator + a workflow role to initiate workflows on existing contracts.
This has been fixed; only an Admin or an Editor can initiate a workflow on an existing contract.

Admin

PM2-7510 DEFECT FIX When an Admin added options to a custom field with the Input Type of Radio Button or Picklist, and the selected Data Type was Integer, the Add Option field accepted text values.

  • When the field was added to a form template, attempting to save the form template would return an error.

  • This has been fixed; if the selected Data Type is Integer, then the Add Option field will only accept integers.

    • Entering a non-integer character will return the following user validation error:
The data type of the option must match the selected Data Type above.
