Workflows & Worklist

Hiding the Priority/Critical Designation

PM2-7003 A back-end toggle will hide the Critical Priority designation for workflows.
  • By default, the Critical Priority designation is available for workflows. This will only be changed upon request.

  • To have this changed, your Admin can contact a MediTract representative with a request to hide the feature once this toggle has been released.

PM2-7003 On the worklist, the Critical badge will be hidden.
  • Within the Filter Table widget, the Priority filter will be hidden.

  • Within the Manage Columns widget, the Priority column will be hidden.

PM2-7004 On the workflow initiation screen, the Priority dropdown and Critical Reason fields will be hidden.

Within workflows, the Update Priority button and Critical badge will be hidden.

PM2-7005 In Reporting > Workflows, Priority will be hidden.
  • Within the Filter Table widget, the Priority filter will be hidden.

  • Within the Manage Columns widget, the Priority column will be hidden.

PM2-7462 DEFECT FIX Contract Type failed to appear in the Filter Table widget.

This has been fixed; the Contract Type field will appear in the Filter Table widget and function as expected.

PM2-7139 DEFECT FIX Attempting to upload or download a document with a long file name returned an error: Something went wrong uploading document or Something went wrong downloading document.
  • No additional character limits or truncations were implemented.

  • This has been fixed; users can upload and download documents as expected.

PM2-7170 DEFECT FIX Some workflow actions appeared in the Workflow History as unknown actions.

This has been fixed; workflow actions will no longer appear as unknown actions.

Contracts

PM2-7329 DEFECT FIX On the contract summary page, within the Attachment table, attempting to save filters returned an error.

This has been fixed; filters can be saved as expected.

PM2-7386 DEFECT FIX Users could add attachments to a contract while the Abstraction Workflow was in progress.
  • Attachments added during an Abstraction Workflow were removed once the Abstraction Workflow was completed.

  • This has been fixed; the (+) on the Attachments table will be unavailable while an Abstraction Workflow is in progress.

PM2-7387 DEFECT FIX Custom field values with the Input Type of Picklist could not be edited via Edit Fields on the contract summary page.

This has been fixed; custom field values can be edited as expected.

User Permissions

PM2-7284 BUG FIX Within a multi-organization tenant, if a user with access to multiple organizations had their permissions deleted for one organization, they could still access that organization indirectly through their remaining permissions sets for other organizations within the tenant.

This has been fixed; users whose permissions for one organization (within a multi-organization tenant) have been deleted will no longer have access to that organization.

PM2-7237 BUG FIX Within the contract summary pages, External Party users could not see attachments that they had permissions to access.

This has been fixed; External Party users with access to a contract can see any associated attachments that they have been given permissions to see.

PM2-7449 DEFECT FIX Attempting to add a Contract Type to a specific user’s permission set would return a 504 error.
  • This was caused by a performance issue with a database query, which we replaced with a more efficient query.

  • This has been fixed; Contract Types can be added to the user’s permission set as expected.

PM2-7102 DEFECT FIX A loophole allowed users who had a permissions set of Contract Moderator + a workflow role to initiate workflows on existing contracts.

This has been fixed; only an Admin or an Editor can initiate a workflow on an existing contract.

Admin

PM2-7510 DEFECT FIX When an Admin added options to a custom field with the Input Type of Radio Button or Picklist, and the selected Data Type was Integer, the Add Option field accepted text values.
  • When the field was added to a form template, attempting to save the form template would return an error.

  • This has been fixed; if the selected Data Type is Integer, then the Add Option field will only accept integers.

    • Entering a non-integer character will return the following user validation error:
The data type of the option must match the selected Data Type above.
