11/19/2021 Deployment Notes
Global Search Update
Earlier this month, we began enabling Global Search for customers in small batches. After several issues were discovered, we disabled it for all customers so we could make repairs. With this deployment, we will begin enabling Global Search for small groups of customers over the next several business days, starting with those who had previously had it enabled.
BUG FIX 295132 If the current search returned no results for a tab, then that tab would be populated with results from the previous search. This has been fixed; conducting a new search will clear previous search results as expected.
BUG FIX 300778 Searching for a term known to exist in Contracts failed to return results in the Contracts tab. This has been fixed; searches will yield results for qualifying contracts.
DEFECT FIX 300823 Searching for a MediTract 1.0 Contract Number failed to return qualifying results. This has been fixed; searches will yield results for qualifying contracts.
Several customers have the keyword search bar above the Contracts table toggled on. This feature is incompatible with the technology powering global search. Therefore, these customers must have keyword search toggled off before they can have global search toggled on. We recognize that these customers appreciate the convenience of Contracts keyword search; we will further enhance the global search feature to make up for eventual loss of Contracts keyword search.
If your tenant still has the keyword search bar above the Contracts table, you’ll need to submit a separate request to have keyword search turned off for your tenant before submitting a request to have global search turned on.
Dashboard
BUG FIX 286014 When a user made a selection from the dropdown in the Workflows in Progress widget, the widget failed to update. This has been fixed; when a user makes a selection from the dropdown in the Workflows in Progress widget, the widget will automatically update.
Worklist
DEFECT FIX 300530 Attempting to access the worklist returned multiple errors, and users were unable to access workflows. This has been fixed; users will be able to access the worklist and workflows as expected.
DEFECT FIX 295176 Users could apply filters to the worklist before it had finished loading, showing incorrect filtered results. This has been fixed; the loading indicator will remain on the worklist until the queue has loaded, preventing users from applying filters prematurely.
DEFECT FIX 295159 The Critical badge count included previously completed workflows, regardless of the status of the Include Previously Completed Items toggle. This has been fixed; the Critical badge count will only include previously completed workflows if the user switches the Include Previously Completed Items toggle ON.
DEFECT FIX 303278 Approved request workflows appeared in the worklist as in process, and were visible when the Include Previously Completed Items toggle was off. This has been partially fixed; the worklist will hide newly approved request workflows when the Include Previously Completed Items toggle is off, and their status will appear as approved. Previously approved workflows appearing as in process will be corrected separately.
Workflows
BUG FIX 300517 During initiation, when a user added a contract location with nodes underneath that location, the modal prompting the user to add all nodes underneath the selected location failed to appear. This has been fixed; the modal will display as expected.
DEFECT FIX 295173 Attempting to retract a workflow returned an error, and the workflow was not retracted. This has been fixed; users will be able to retract a workflow as expected.
DEFECT FIX 295168 Retracting to a non-Form Phase removed participants who were inserted via a trigger condition being met from a previous Form Phase. This has been fixed; retracting to a non-Form Phase will no longer remove participants who were inserted via a trigger condition being met.
DEFECT FIX 300529 In a contract request workflow, providers were missing from the Primary Other Party dropdown. This has been fixed; providers and vendors will both appear in the Primary Other Party dropdown as expected.
BUG FIX 286097 If an Admin failed to provide a reason when unblocking a workflow, then the field causing the blockage would fail to appear in the in-app (bell) notification stating that the workflow had been unblocked. This has been fixed; the field causing the blockage will appear in the Unblocked notification as expected.
DEFECT FIX 288381 Double-clicking the Add button in the set participant sequence modal sequenced the selected users twice. This has been fixed; the Add button will be unavailable after the first click.
Reporting
BUG FIX 286046 Organizations with a large number of attachments experienced slowness in the Attachments tab in Reporting, which prompted an error. This has been fixed; loading time will be improved, and no error will be returned when loading the Attachments tab as expected.
DEFECT FIX 288757 When exporting a report within Reporting > Attachments, the Attachment name data was missing from the exported file. This has been fixed; reports on attachments will contain Attachment names as expected.
Vendor Directory
DEFECT FIX 300527 When exporting the vendor directory table as a CSV or XLSX file, the exported file contained no more than 100 rows, even if the vendor directory contained over 100 rows. This has been fixed; the vendor directory table will export as expected.
DEFECT FIX 295163 Within vendor records, the text “CUSTOMER_ROOT-NODE” erroneously appeared as an Organization Tree node under Contract Locations. This has been fixed; Contract Locations will appear as expected.
Admin
BUG FIX 287740 Within a multi-organization tenant, a user given an Admin role within a single organization gained Admin privileges in other organizations. This has been fixed; Admin permissions will be restricted to their assigned organization(s) within multi-organization tenants.
DEFECT FIX 295170 In the workflow templates table, the Modified By and Modified On fields failed to update upon returning to the table after editing a template.
Users had to refresh the browser for updates to appear.
This has been fixed; updates will appear as expected, without requiring a browser refresh.
BUG FIX 286240 The custom fields bootstrap alert directed users to the home page of the Knowledge Base. This has been fixed; the custom fields bootstrap alert will be updated to direct users to the Library of Standard Fields page of the Knowledge Base.
