2021.1.2 Deployment Notes
These items were deployed on the morning of Thursday, January 20th, 2022.
KNOWN ISSUES
BUG FIX 339869 Opening a request workflow returns an error in reference to progress notes, regardless of whether progress notes are present. (Other workflow types are unaffected.) Users with sufficient permissions can still see and act on the workflow.
BUG FIX 339833 Attempting to delete a custom field returns an error, and the custom field fails to delete. To prevent users from adding the custom field to any form templates, toggle it to inactive.
We are actively working to fix these issues; we plan to deploy a fix in the near future.
Global Search
BUG FIX 300518 When a user entered a lengthy search term into the search box in the menu bar, the X to clear the search was superimposed onto the text. This has been fixed; the X will be separate from the search term, regardless of the length of the search, as expected.
BUG FIX 303244 Including “/” in the search returned an error. This has been fixed; including “/” will not return an error.
BUG FIX 303253 Including punctuation at the beginning of a search returned an error. This has been fixed; including punctuation at the beginning of the search will not return an error.
Workflows & Worklist
BUG FIX 341158 When the Include Inactive Workflows toggle was off, all statuses were included in the Status filter dropdown, and when the Include Inactive Workflows toggle was on, only In Process and Blocked were included in the Status filter dropdown. This has been fixed; when the Include Inactive Workflows toggle is on, all statuses will be included in the Status filter dropdown, and when the Include Inactive Workflows toggle is off, only In Process and Blocked will be included in the Status filter dropdown.
DEFECT FIX 335262 The Critical Badge number included completed workflows, despite the Include Previously Completed Items toggle being switched off and the Status: In Process; Blocked filter being applied.
Clicking the Critical Badge switched on the Include Previously Completed Items toggle and removed the Status: In Process; Blocked filter; however, the Critical Badge number stayed the same.
If the user switched off the Include Previously Completed Items toggle, the Status: In Process; Blocked filter was applied and the Critical Badge number included only in-process or blocked workflows.
This has been fixed; by default, the Critical Badge will only include in-progress or blocked workflows unless the user switches on the Include Previously Completed Items toggle.
DEFECT FIX 323137 The worklist failed to retain the default saved filter, causing inaccurate results. This has been fixed; the default filter will automatically be applied to the worklist, and the accurately filtered results will appear as expected.
BUG FIX 339896 When a saved filter did not include the status filter, and the saved filter was applied, the Status: In Process; Blocked filter failed to remain. This has been fixed; the Status: In Process; Blocked filter will remain when a user applies a saved filter if the saved filter does not include the status filter already.
DEFECT FIX 332653 When a user exported the worklist with a saved filter as an Excel file, the report contained all results, ignoring the filter. This has been fixed; exported reports will contain only the saved filter results.
DEFECT FIX 336101 When a user exported the worklist as an Excel or CSV file, the URL column was not included. This has been fixed; worklist reports will include the URL column with hyperlinks as expected.
DEFECT FIX 301971 Attempting to retract a workflow back to the Negotiation Phase returned an error. This has been fixed; users will be able to retract workflows as expected.
DEFECT FIX 314851 Attempting to initiate an Amend workflow returned an error. This has been fixed; users will be able to initiate an Amend workflow as expected.
Contract Library
BUG FIX 328333 The Associated Workflows in Progress column in the Contract Library listed only the abstraction workflow, failing to list simultaneous workflows. This has been fixed; the Associated Workflows in Progress column in the Contract Library will list all workflows in progress as expected.
DEFECT FIX 301415 When a user exported the Contract Library queue, the Excel report included only the first 100 contracts. This has been fixed; reports will not be capped at 100 contracts.
Related to 300528 from previous release.
DEFECT FIX 323124 When a user exported the Contract Library queue, the field values in the URL column were missing. This has been fixed; reports will include the URL as expected.
DEFECT FIX 331416 Attempting to access a contract returned a Something went wrong requesting current user’s contract roles error. This has been fixed; users will be able to access contracts as expected.
Reporting
DEFECT FIX 302841 After a user added a custom field to the Contracts table, the custom field column was included in the table but the data was not. This has been fixed; when a user adds a custom field to the Contracts table, the custom field and its corresponding data will appear in the table as expected.
Admin
Users
BUG FIX 329846 When an Admin created users back-to-back and left the External ID field blank for both users, attempting to save the second user returned the External ID already used, please use a different external ID error message. This has been fixed; leaving the External ID field blank will not return the External ID already used, please use a different external ID error message.
DEFECT FIX 315692 Admins were able to create a user with an external ID that was already in use, which cleared the first user’s record. This has been fixed; Admins will not be able to create a user if the external ID matches an existing user’s external ID.
BUG FIX 315575 External Party was included in the Roles filter dropdown, and External Party users' names and email addresses appeared in the filter.
If an Admin selected an External Party user, that user was not visible in the Select People table.
This has been fixed; External Party will be excluded from the Roles filter dropdown, and External Party users will not appear in the filter, as expected.
Classifications Management
DEFECT FIX 317011 Attempting to switch the Inactive/Active toggle on a Contract Type or Document and Attachment Category returned an error, and changes failed to save. This has been fixed; switching the Inactive/Active toggle will not return an error, and the record will save to reflect the change.
Workflow Templates
DEFECT FIX 300750 Copied workflow templates failed to appear in the workflow templates table.
However, copied workflow templates were successfully saved, which prevented users from creating a workflow template with a name identical to the copied workflow template.
This has been fixed; if the Include Inactive Workflow Templates toggle is on, copied workflow templates will appear in the table as inactive.
Pulse Check
DEFECT FIX 307002 Users were unable to save edits to existing surveys, and attempting to save edits returned a Something Went Wrong Saving Survey Campaign error. This has been fixed; users will be able to edit surveys as expected.
