Conflict Capture Resolution Management

Who can do this?

  • Admin or Super Admin

  • Resolution Manager

  • Campaign Coordinator

  • Moderators and Respondents have read-only access to the form.


What is it?

If a potential conflict is identified when a Respondent completes their statement, then a Resolution Phase will be added to the workflow so the potential conflict can be addressed.


To address a potential conflict:

  • Navigate to the workflow.

  • In the Statement tab, review the potential conflict.

  • In the Resolution tab, complete the form.

  • Click Submit.
    The workflow status will update to Completed.
