Parkview Mountain Prerelease Notes
We are excited to announce that the Parkview Mountain Release has been tentatively scheduled for the week ending Friday, October 2nd!
This release will occur on or after Thursday, October 1st.
These are the features and enhancements that may be included in the Parkview Mountain Release. Please note that this list is subject to change.
These items are currently undergoing testing for quality assurance. If our QA team deems an item unfit, it will not be released. This means that we might not release everything on this list.
To avoid surprising you, we will not release any major change that is not on this list.
We will still publish full notes on the day of the release. Here’s what you’ll find in those that you don’t see here:
A complete list of the features and updates that were actually released
Detailed instructions on how to use new features
Bug fixes and defect fixes
Minor tweaks to the UI that improve the user experience without substantially changing it
Documentation
As you may have noticed, with the Mount Olympus Release, we began publishing pre-release notes. We will continue to post these pre-release notes at least two weeks before each major release.
Additionally, after the Parkview Release, we will start publishing Features on the Horizon. This will be a brief overview of features and enhancements currently in development.
Workflows: Document Sorting
Users will be able to change the order in which the documents are tabbed in the main document pane.
This privilege will be restricted to the current Phase Owner and any Admins.
Reordering main documents will be possible in the Document Source and Negotiation Phases, and before the Signature Phase is started.
This will be accomplished by dragging and dropping the documents in the Document Versions accordion into the desired order.
Contract Library: Limiting Search Results
A new toggle for the Contracts table, Limit Results to 1000, will be available upon request to address performance issues sometimes experienced in exceptionally large tenants.
By default, this toggle will be hidden. Contact a MediTract representative to have it made available to your organization.
To prevent incomplete searches, switching the toggle on will remove the keyword search bar above the Contracts table. The full text search bar, located in the top right corner of the screen, will still be available.
TERMS
Activity Groups
To make it easier to differentiate between timesheets, as well as various timesheet activities, we will display Activity Groups on timesheets.
The Activity Group field will appear in the Activity table under Create New Timesheet and Edit Timesheet Schedule.
The Activity Group column will appear in the Time Entry table, where it will display the Activity Group associated with an Activity.
To accommodate different Activity Groups containing the same Activity, as well as an Activity existing both inside and outside of an Activity Group, timesheets will allow for duplicate Activities.
Timesheet Types
The new label Timesheet Type will help Timesheet Reporters (Providers) with multiple timesheets for a single time period differentiate between those timesheets.
Admins will be able to manage Timesheet Types under Admin > Timesheet Management > Timesheet Management > Timesheet Types.
Admins will be able to add Timesheet Types to new and existing timesheets.
The Timesheet Type field will be optional.
The Timesheet Type field will be reportable under Explore > Reporting > Timesheets.
Once you create a Timesheet Type, you can’t edit it. Instead, you’ll need to toggle it to Inactive and create a new Timesheet Type to use in its place.
Approved Compensation
Timesheet Approvers, Financial Reviewers, and Admins will be able to enter Approved Compensation for individual time entries.
The field Approved Compensation will appear in the Update Time Entry modal.
Other fields in the modal will be read-only.
The only available buttons will be Save and Cancel. The columns Approved Compensation and Approved Compensation Added By will appear in the timesheet table.
These fields will appear in the Filter and Manage Columns widgets
The value entered in the Approved Compensation field will be used to calculate the Total Compensation, which is displayed in the timesheet summary banner.
When the Approved Compensation differs from the compensation calculated based on the units entered, both an email and in-app (bell) notification will be sent to the following parties:
Timesheet Reporter | Timesheet Assistant | Timesheet Approver | Timesheet Financial ReviewerIn the mobile app, the Approved Compensation field will appear on applicable time entries in completed timesheets.
