Managing Notifications

Why do this?

Configuring automated emails and in-app (bell) notifications allows you to choose the notifications you want to receive and how you want to receive them.

This feature has a backend toggle, so that it may be turned ON (meaning ALL users will see the Notifications tab in their Account Settings) or OFF (meaning NO users will see the Notifications tab in their Account Settings) at the tenant level.

How to Manage Notification Settings

  • Hover over your name in the upper right hand corner, and click Account Settings.

  • In the Manage Profile modal, select the Notifications tab.
    Notifications are grouped by category:
    Contract Library Notifications | TERMS Notifications | Workflow Notifications | Other Notifications

  • Click a caret to expand a category.

  • Click a toggle to turn a notification on or off.
    All notifications are toggled ON by default.

  • When finished, click Save. The Manage Profile modal will close.
