Directories
To access a directory, hover over Explore in the menu bar, then select Vendors, Providers, or Users.
Directories display a table of details for each vendor, provider, and user associated with your organization. The vendor directory, provider directory, and user directory each have a unique set of columns.

Filter Table, Manage Columns, and Export
In the directories, you can filter the table, manage the columns, and export the table.
Vendor Directory & Provider Directory
When an Admin creates a vendor or provider, she can select a Type. Although Type is not a column in either directory, the selection affects what is displayed in the directory table.
Vendors can be of type Business or Individual.
If Business is selected for Type, the Email, Job Title, and Credential columns will be null.
If Individual is selected for Type, the Admin can select a credential.
Providers can be of type Group Provider or Individual Provider.
If Group Provider is selected for Type, the Email, Job Title, and Credential columns will be null.
If Individual Provider is selected for Type, the Admin can associate the provider with an existing provider group, and the Admin can select a credential.
To view additional details for a specific vendor or provider, click the vendor or provider row in the directory.
User Directory
There are three columns for users' names: Name (i.e., full name), First Name, and Last Name. This allows users to filter by first name, by last name, or by full name.
When a user logs into symplr Contract, the date/timestamp is captured and displayed in the Last Login column in the directory. If the user has no logged in since the creation of the Last Login column (April 24, 2020), the value for that column is No Login.
When filtering the table, you can select a Fixed Range (specified start date and end date) or Relative Range (relative to the current date).
