Navigation

  • To see the dashboard, contract library, providers/vendors, users, or reporting page, click Explore in the menu bar, then make your selection in the dropdown menu.

  • To see the organization tree, approved language library, template library, or groups, click Admin in the menu bar, then make your selection in the dropdown menu. 

Only Admins/Super Admins can see the Admin tab and its contents.

  • To see your notifications, which include comments in which you’ve been tagged, click the 🔔in the menu bar.

  • To see the knowledge base, click the (question) to the right of the notifications (bell) icon. The knowledge base will open in a new tab. 

You’ll see the menu bar at the top of every screen, throughout the application. You can always find where you need to go via the menu bar.

To navigate to a different organization, click on the current organization name in the menu bar, then select another organization in the dropdown.

This only applies with users who have permission to access multiple organizations within a tenant.

For multi-organization users, the worklist, template library, and contracts will only show items in the current organization.

My Worklist shows active workflows in which you are participant. For Admin users, My Worklist shows all active workflows that you have permission to view.

  • To filter My Worklist for workflows awaiting your action, click Pending My Action.

  • To include completed workflows in My Worklist, click on the Include Previously Completed Items toggle.

  • To return to My Worklist from anywhere in the application, click Queue, then select Worklist in the dropdown.

Dashboard displays visualization of workflows and critical date information. To see the dashboard, click Explore in the menu bar, then select Dashboard.

Contracts displays a library of fully executed agreements. To see the contract library, click Explore in the menu bar, then select Contracts.

Vendors displays the directory of vendors (other party). To see vendors, click Explore in the menu bar, then select Vendors.

Providers displays the directory of physicians or physician groups (other party). To see providers, click Explore in the menu bar, then select Providers.

Users displays the directory of users. To see users, click Explore in the menu bar, then select Users.

The reporting module allows you to run ad-hoc reports, access saved reports, and schedule reports. To run, access, or schedule a report, click Explore in the menu bar, then select Reporting.

Admins can publish approved links in the UI, giving users quick access to frequently visited sites while ensuring that they are always accessing the correct sites. All users can see external links.

To see external links, click External Links in the menu bar, then select an external link in the dropdown menu. The link will open in a new tab.
