Timesheet Financial Review

The Timesheet Financial Review Phase is the fourth and final phase in the TERMS workflow, in which the Timesheet Financial Reviewer or Admin complete payment on a timesheet.


Who can do this?

  • Only an Admin or Timesheet Financial Reviewer can complete payment on a timesheet.

  • The Admin or Timesheet Financial Reviewer must have appropriate organizational permissions to access the contract associated with the timesheet.


When can you do this?

When a timesheet is ready to be marked as payment complete, the Financial Reviewer will receive an automated email notification. Timesheets cannot be marked as payment complete until they have been certified and approved.


How to Complete Payment on a Timesheet

  • On the worklist, click on the timesheet for which you’d like to complete payment.

  • Review the time entries.

  • Add any attachments.

  • Add any comments.

  • Click Payment Complete.

There will not be a confirmation upon clicking Payment Complete.


How to Reject the Timesheet

  • On the worklist, click on the timesheet you’d like to approve.

  • Next to the Approve Timesheet button, click the ellipsis (…).

  • Select Reject Timesheet.

  • In the Reject Timesheet modal, complete the form.

The Reject Timesheet button will unavailable until the form is completed.

  • Click Reject Timesheet.
    OR
    To close the modal without rejecting the timesheet, click Cancel or ✖.

When the timesheet is rejected, the Timesheet Reporter and, if applicable, the Timesheet Assistant will receive an automated email notification alerting them that the timesheet has been rejected.
