Timesheet Approval
Timesheet Approval is the third phase in the TERMS workflow, in which the Timesheet Approver or Admin approves or rejects the timesheet.
Once the timesheet is approved, the workflow will move to the next phase. In most TERMS workflows, the Timesheet Financial Review Phase will follow the Timesheet Approval Phase.
Who can do this?
Only an Admin or Timesheet Approver can approve a timesheet.
The Admin or Timesheet Approver must have appropriate organizational permissions to access the contract associated with the timesheet.
When can you do this?
When a timesheet is ready for approval, the Approver will receive an automated email notification prompting them to take action. Timesheets cannot be approved until they have been certified.
