Participants initiate a new workflow to being the contracting process.

Form

Participants populate the workflow specific details and attach supporting documentation, as needed.

Document Source

Participants upload the main agreement and any associated documentation.

Negotiation

Participants perform a review of the main agreement and negotiate agreement terms with external and internal parties.

Signature

Participants collect signatures on the agreement from both external and internal parties.

Activation

Participants activate the fully executed agreement and associated documentation, and the contract is housed in the Contract Library.
