Some actions can only be performed during a workflow, while other actions can be performed during a workflow or once the contract has been activated.

These actions can only be performed during a workflow:

• Start & Complete a Phase

• Retract to a Previous Phase

• Reassign a Workflow

• Cancel a Workflow

• Select Primary and Secondary Other Parties

• Add a Participant

• Sequence Phase Participants

• Skip a Phase Participant

• Change the Phase Owner or Phase Mediator

• Upload or Download Documents & Attachments

• Edit (Redline) a Document

• Reorder Documents

• Review and Approve

• Access & Copy Form Data

• Access & Copy Approved Language

These actions can be performed during a workflow or once the contract has been activated:

• Designate an Other Party Contact

• Add & Edit a Responsible Party

• Add & Edit Contract Description
