Retract to a Previous Phase

Reassign a Workflow

Cancel a Workflow

Select Primary and Secondary Other Parties

Add a Participant

Sequence Phase Participants

Skip a Phase Participant

Change the Phase Owner or Phase Mediator

Upload or Download Documents & Attachments

Edit (Redline) a Document

Reorder Documents

Review and Approve

Access & Copy Form Data

Access & Copy Approved Language

Update the Priority

Unblock a Phase

Request a Contract

These actions can be performed during a workflow or once the contract has been activated:

Designate an Other Party Contact

Add & Edit a Responsible Party

Add & Edit Contract Description
